We advocate our community and their concerns. It appears this cleaners changed its ownership and customer service policies!Most cleaners have always giving full service & if additional fees are implemented you were informed prior to your pickup but unfortunately this cleaners practices differ.I called prior to retrieving completed item, I received a "no pressed", "wrinkled", "bulky material" in area of alterations & when ask why, I'm told, pressing is separated & rather than accommodate, me, I'm told I'll be charged again.In addition to questionable service practices, The new owner has an unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude towards its customers.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Price was kind of steep but for the quality well worth it. Definitely a great pick. I got 2 zippers replaced for $100 and you'd think they worked for the seamstress at the coat company. A+ service. Polite. And parking on premises.

DO NOT GO HERE. Owners are very disrespectful. They do what they want and not what was asked. After explaining that they didn’t do as I requested, they screamed at me and threw my pants on the counter. Poor service , bad work and not professional at all. They said they don’t care and don’t need anything from me. They obviously don’t like black customers. Upon me taking my items and not paying another black male came in and it was THE SAME ISSUE. This place doesn’t care about the customers at all it’s all about money and disrespect.

I had my white long dress cleaned at this dry cleaners and when I picked it up it was damaged. I was told I would need to speak to the manager if I wanted a refund. When I spoke to the manager he said it wasn't his fault and that I should return the dress that he damaged to the company I bought the dress from. He did not apologize or take any responsibility for the damage. If he knew they couldn't clean the type of dress I brought to them they should've told me. I would've respected them more if they were honest from the beginning about cleaning the dress. I will not be returning and I advise you not use them as well. $30 dollars down the drain for a dress I can never wear again.

We have been using this cleaners for over 10 years. They have always been kind and courteous. However, today my husband brought a suit in to get tailored for our son's funeral and was told that he could have it on Saturday. When my husband said that it was needed for his son's funeral on Friday the person who does alterations told him "That's your problem".The absolute audacity of this man. This was completely uncalled for , mean and if it were a lesser man could have resulted in a lot more than the loss of a client.Unprofessional behavior like this will NEVER see our money again.Not GREAT in our eyes.BOYCOTT GREAT CLEANERS!!!!

Since the pandemic prices have gone up. Clothes are cleaned well if you pay cash 10 percent off bill my issue is using there atm charges 2 dollars for withdrawal overall decent cleaners.

Have been a happy customer for years. Love how they take care of my clothes and make me feel welcomed like they apprecilove my business. Once they even kept my clothes longer than normal because I was away. When I came back into town I was able to pickup my clothes and they were still smelling clean and well kept. Highly recommended.
