Do not do business with this company. I answered and received an apartment for which Jason Western represented as the realtor. It turned out to be an fire hazzard. An illegal basement apartment that the owner had no business renting. Water accumulated in the walls throughout the apartment within months creating horrible mold and damaging my furniture. He didn't do his due diligence as a realtor and made sure the apt was violation free and legally rentable. I ended up having to move out. Meanwhile I find out after moving out that instead of his advised 1 month rent realtor fee Jason walked away over $5000 of my closing fee money including my security deposit in some kind of side deal with the owner. Jason Western is a scammer who should have his license reviewed and revoked.

ALEX THE BROKER IS A THIEF! Greedy, Rude, Horrible People! As soon as he takes your money he doesn't pick up your phone calls anymore. Such bad customer service overall! This business should be shut down and they definitely don't deserve a 1 star!

Beware!! Not pleased with Galvez Realty just out to make money renting apartments to people with bad credit scores and vouching that they are his employees and they good for the rent. Horrible experience and I won’t be using this office again. Bringing all kinda trash in the neighborhood. Pushing to buy his property listings so he can make his commission.His agents aren’t even licensed as claimed.
