I was discouraged by the attitude and approaches of sales persons in some stores including yours and/or the limited sales options of some. I last visited your co-op city store and was welcomed by Mr. Roberto Binas whose professional courteous approach encouraged me to ask questions and tried out mattresses. His knowledge and expertise was evident in the manner in which he answered all my questions without insulting my intelligence as others in other stores had. He was also not pushy and proposed options in my decision making process . His patience allowed me to make a final decision and I was particularly very pleased to communicate with a Latine person and switch back and forth between Eng/Span/ Spanglish, which demonstrated his cultural competence/ sensitivity. Purchasing a mattress is like no other purchase , I applaud Mr. Bines skillset and his relaxed respectful professionalism”

“Love my new mattress (8 inch memory foam Ashley's mattress Comfort level medium firm) The old mattress I had was wearing down so I needed to get a new one fast thankfully new Oakland furniture saved my day not only providing me with good service, but having the product that I needed just at the right time!! Thank you to the representative Ashley, she's awesome and was able to give me exactly what I was looking for and the main guy in the front (I forgot his name very sorry) he is very professional and knows what he's doing.
