Everyone in this jewelry store are practicing safety with constant disinfecting of area and items only 2 people are allowed in so that we are not at risk. When you purchase a diamond from him it is much lower quality that he states. I had an expert check out a diamond I purchased and it was 2 grades lower that he stated. He would not issue a refund. DO NO USE THIS Jewler

Never return calls and still two years trying to get back my jewelry. So unethical. I’m so upset and disappointed. I truly trusted jerry. Thank good I still have my original appraisal. Never paid and won’t return calls or my jewelry for over two years. I moved out of state and has totally avoided my calls. Hope this makes you do the right thing and finally return it.

I have been calling for over two years to claim my diamonds I consigned and to no avail. I finally got a person yesterday and left a message. It's been 2 years 2017 I was told jerry was out for eye surgery. I call the entire 2028. Spoke to his worker who said it's safe and when jerry returns will mail my diamonds back. I can't believe after being told numerous times I yet to receive a call or get my jewelry back. I trusted jerry because of a mutual friend but he ended up getting totally mislead as well. Waiting patiently hope you call me jerry. Such bad business ethics. Truly disgusting to not reply or return my stuff.

Pushy service. Had to call local precinct to get my property back as they said I could pick up on 07/01 and was told tomorrow. Was thrown out... when back and was not allowed in.
