I am a city employee, so I went to cash my j.p. Morgan chase check, soo the teller told me a lie,that she could not cash it because the check had no funds, its a New York City check, with more than enough funds. the teller was Hispanic with tattoos on her right arm, very unprofessional, I would not go back to this chase bank. nor would I recommend anyone to this chase branch. very dramatic experience. then I had to drive to TD bank and deposit the city check to a account with no problem, this chase branch is very unprofessional and not curtious to hard working city employees! I am beyond dramatized on behalf of this horrible experience around 1530!

What can I Say , But A Young Lady Name Verónica was Extremely HelpfulI can Say Much About The Management Staff. I was Truly Disappointed with The Service Here. Sadly When You Have To Bank In This Urban Área and We All Wonder Why We Go Else Where.

This chase bank is a joke tellers have horrible attitude , flirting and joking around with people they know the they take there sweet time with everything and everyone like nobody has places to be !!

This particular branch at Horizont mall has fewer ATM than other branches. Tellers are very pleasant and helpful.

It's been three weeks, or more, this location has been closed "temporarily" due to Covid. Despite the ATMs areaccessible, the absence of tellers/representatives becomes an inconvenience to clients, who don't use the ATMs nor your app. However, I'm getting the impression that this location will cease its operations. If so, then another inconvenience is placed to clients.

Horrible bank will never bank with chase ever again attempted to rake cash out the atm was charged $450 and wasn't given a dime and when I went to the branch in the morning all they could say was file a claim we can't give you your money now I have to wait 10 business days for something I needed right then and there
