The security guard today, 9/1/2021, treated me like nobody. I was about to go to the ATM, and he shuts the door aggressively and told me to stand in a corner. He could be friendlier with me, but he did not. This is not the first time that happened. Previous security guards had a bad mood and treated mainly Hispanic people as nobody—treating and greeting other people from other races and treating Hispanic people as they are meaningless. Some Hispanic people are working inside this Chase, but they are unaware of what the security guard is doing against their ethnic group.

I was trying to open up a business account .BUT After sitting there for almost 25 minutes not even the security guard acknowledge that I was sitting there waiting to speak to someone call Rosa. Not even a book to sign your name on the waiting list. After al the time I stood waiting Rosa let somebody skip me without acknowledging that I was there first. Her answer was that The gentleman had an appointment how when you name is not even on the list that doesn’t exist . Rosa for future reference treat customers the way you would like to be treated stop skipping people when others was there already waiting....
