I always come to this bank to make deposits and today I came by to deposit some checks and and alot of coins that were already rolled in paper, there was a bank teller that was very nice by the name of Laura, long story short when I made the deposit of the coins there was a miscalculation and upon her realizing that there was a wrong amount she called me to advise me their was a mistake and that she would make the additional deposit to account for the amount of money that was deposited, that's customer service at its best!

This is not my original branch, but I refused to go any where else when I need Customer service staff is excellent. I’ve been going to the branch for years, Michael always reach out and say hello when he see me ,I love that branch.

Very poor customer service. No one never answers branch location phone number listed and redirects call to main Capital One. I have attempted on more than one occasion to connect with a representative at this branch via phone have been unsuccessful every time. I am about to take my business elsewhere to a financial institution that has better customer service.

I went to this branch with the mind setthat I was going to receive horrible service with a bit of attitude..But I had the pleasure of being helped by Angel . He was very very nice very polite explained every detail about me opening a checking Thank you Angel.
