The guy that helped me bring my air conditioner to my car was helpful :) only complaint about this store is that they blast music in the front speakers at an extremely high, impractical / uncomfortable volume that makes it impossible to speak with store associates and hear them… I hope they don’t do this on purpose so that customers give up on asking employees for help… it might’ve been unintentional, but either way, I’m hard of hearing and it made my experience at this store very inaccessible for my disability. You can jam if you want, the music was a good vibe, just lower the volume to a more reasonable level please !

I have always gone to this best buy location with no problem except for Sunday 06/16/2024 I saw online that they had a smart tv in fair condition that they call open box . I paid for the tv at 1pm . It takes one hour to get the order ready . I arrived at 3pm to pick up the tv . The worker told me that I should buy another tv just incase this tv does not work . I said its ok I want what I paid for . He brings it out on a dolly . I was surprised to see it had a crack straight across the glass . He then told me that how open box comes in . with no box and sometimes broken . I asked for a manager . I was surprised by how this manager tried to help me . He told me to buy a New Tv . I said i don't have that amount of money also that I wanted what I paid for which is a TV in fair condition just like the advertised it .He then told me he could help me obtain one of their credit cards in order to finance an expensive tv from best buy. Can you believe this !.I said forget about it , if he can not help me I would like a refund so he walks away . I think they took my tv and gave me a broken one . Anyways now I can not get a tv till this refund goes back in my credit card . Oh and get this they wanted to downgrade me by giving me a smaller used tv .....unreal. Why not just give me the tv the same type of tv I purchased ...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! these are the "Authorized service centers" in my area but they WON'T HONOR the PROTECTION PLAN because "NO PARTS in stock" also called for walk in person on the phone said they REPAIR SAMSUNGS... TRAVELED an HOUR for NO REASON because they also wanted me to BUY a refurbished PHONE at a "discount" INSTEAD of FIXING my SCREEN (store warranty and BESTBUY membership is a WASTE OF MONEY)

This store is ridiculous Cesar the manager signs you up for “rewards” and does not tell you it’s for a credit card he should get fired for even pulling something like that and there stock is wack.
