Did 3 transaction the teller took 1hr to complete. Wait for 20 min just for change of Quater and dimes. This branch is definitely not business friendly and respect clients time.

This is the worst bank in the Bronx, the staff is disrespectful, service sucks!!!!. I went there on Mon 10/1/18 with my husband to get his debit card replaced the employee had an attitude she did not want to serve us. She was gossiping with the teller behind the window and was bothered. Staff at this bank is changed every 90 days no improvements. We went there to replace a debit card, she ordered the wrong card ordered an ATM card. Would be great if another BOA opened in Riverdale I would take my business there.

Came in today and was using my phone to look up some financial information I needed before getting in a teller line. As I entered, the "greeter" lady standing at the bank entrance didn't even acknowledge me in a friendly way. Instead, she stared at me like I was a criminal and gave me the evil eye as if I shouldn't be in the bank. She kept staring at me, treating me in a suspicious manner until I finished with my phone. I then stated, "I was looking up some financial information I need for this bank visit," which she completely ignored as she marched off without even greeting me. It's pretty apparent that this location needs to invest in some customer service training for their door staff (or, at the very least, the lady who was working the front door at 11:45a on May 3, 2017). On a positive note, the teller who helped me was super friendly and very helpful.

This bank doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I went in there today to inquire about getting some currency for my upcoming trip to Europe, they rushed me, definitely were not friendly, acted like they could care less about my business, and I have been a customer since Sept 2012, and before that in BOA Silver Spring, Maryland, since 1995. Sure I understand they have their rules about how the currency is done, but at least act in a professional and courteous manner, making me feel like I am just one in a million to them just doesn't do it for me. I hear Apple Bank down the block is really great! Their manager sounds excellent! This whole experience reminds me of the TV ad where the person pulls down a drape, they are closed, they don't bank human. I guess only coming in to use the ATM, I didn't realize how downhill this bank had gone in recent years. I will take my trip, and when I come bank I will definitely close my account and work with a much more decent bank than this one! If BOA wants to survive they need to train their employees how to provide excellent customer service, or at the very least pretend they care, or I won't be the only one to leave!! MB

Very friendly employees in this bank. My only gripe is that they don't do coin counting, but I believe that is a BoA policy, not a branch policy. I think the ATMs here do single check deposits and not multiple check deposits like some other branches, so just double-check the instructions.
