After waiting an hour to get there and wait in line I was sent out because I had to redo the deposit I’ve done for years! The manager’s excuse was that there are new bank policies - never mind the huge inconvenience not even taking this one deposit would do. Garbage service.

Security at the entrance needs to be reeducated. Long live to your race , I dont know if he is white but when I came and I asked if their was one a line , the Hispanic people and him had the most unthinkable attitude. I had to explain him , cause I could be his supervisor . Apparently , he didn't care and has nothing to loose. The Hispanic ladies were rude and racist , pointing their fingers showing me the queue as they were talking to a Dog, but I'm not surprised, this areas is so guettho. Everybody want to take his revenge on others race and also prepare and ready to fight... But not you Mr Security , you work here, stay professional. I'm not surprise ,it Allied their employé are drugs addict , knowing that for being there. They hiring everybody and without any Drug test..! Nasty place and environment!! Except ,if you belong to this.

My rating is not displayed. It would be a negative star. I really wish I could. I have been attempting to reach my bank (Bank of America) for three days now, with a simple financial question. No one answers. Always busy. The website is just as UNHELPFUL. Which is always the case. Everyone can't just go to the bank. I was connected to a picture of someone named Kelly. Which, is just another computer. Didn't even come close to answering my question. Then the AUDACITY! to send me to another page and ask for money. WHAT! ??? Just another example of how BANK of AMERICA takes advantage of their loyal customers! They should be ASHAMED of themselves. I'm being charged an EXTREME amount of money for an overdraft. I have been adding funds to pay it off. Now, I'm being threatened. My account will be closed on the 27th of this month. But, I cannot rectify it, be granted an extension or speak to a human being. BANKS OF AMERICA SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED EVERY SINGLE DAY. OR AT LEAST IMPLEMENT A MICROSCOPIC WATCH. HOPEFULLY, THAT WOULD BE A SOLUTION TO THEIR DISRESPECT AND DISHONESTY. AND OF COURSE, THEY COULD'NT CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS REVIEWS. WHY WOULD THEY? THEY ALREADY HAVE OUR MONEY. MINE AND YOURS. BE AWARE, BE VERY AWARE.

The worst service in Bron is given in this bank. I have a week to open an account and they have not been able to resolve my problem. I go at 11 in the morning and they tell me that there is no more space to sign up for an account.

This branch don't value customer's time. The weather is freezing cold or rainy, it doesn't mean to them. Most of the time 15-20 people inside and lot more waiting to the sidewalk but still they run the branch with maximum two window clerks. They have a sign-only business window but never served, I requested my business owner to switch bank immediately because they are wasting my few business-hours every week.

I needed to submit a document due to my parent death and the lack of empathy is beyond description. Not only 4 hours to be seen then they started talking and asking beyond their job description. It is completely acceptable for the staff that the costumers wait for hours and we are treated like they are doing us a favor, not like we have business to conduct. So irresponsable

Racist minority employees, don’t come here unless u have an active account and are a spanish language speaker. These illiterates will take all day to complete simple account transactions. Very unprofessional & immature staff. Go somewhere else, just not here.
