The worst auto zone ever
The manager never has anyone to assist you with any of the free services like check engine light diagnostic,replacing new battery etc.
I returned the battery I bought there and got it somewhere else

Could not find item, asked for assistance because item was listed as in stock on-line. Asked employee to come to the aisle to help me look for item, but employee refused saying “if it’s not there, we don’t have it in stock” . Next time, I will pre-order item for pick up instead.

I went here cause my check engine light was on. They immediately check what the problem was and explained that it was electrical. The guy also gave me a print out to bring to my mechanic.

I got there at 8:01 only to be informed that he can’t open the store. Because the other worker is not there. He then tells me. If she’s not here soon the next person is scheduled to be there at 9. I’m confused how an organization can still have such incompetence in this day and age. This is not a rant, or cry simply a plea for better.
