Never answered my calls after I sent over my information.
Dana is someone who uses them often and recommended them to me. It’s been 5-6 months since I’ve heard from them.
At this point i feel as if I need to notify the IRS to get this situation handled.

I have been going here for the past 7 years since a friend of mine recommended it to me. Awesome staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and the services provided are beyond great. They assisted and guided me in so many different ways financially that I can say I am in a much better place in life because of them.

I went to have my taxes done, at which point I mentioned to the preparer Linda, that I had not received my 2nd stimulus check. This did not register with her. When I went home and checked my return, I saw that she had not added the tax credit for my missing stimulus. So when I called her, she told me to call back when I received my refund. When I called her back in midMarch, when I got my refund she assured me that she was filing an amended return. Now we are in May and when I finally got an IRS agent on the phone, I was assured that no amended return had been filed in my name. No one at 420 Mult service is available to help me. Linda is on vacation (even though I called about 20 times and sent many emails before she left). No one here will help you if you have a problem. They are a fair weather service.

I had an excellent experience this year at 420 Multi Services. I felt extremely comfortable in the office because of all of the safety protocols they used. All the staff as well as the customers were wearing proper masks and sanitizers were present all through out the office. Social distancing was enforced while providing excellent services from very kind and knowledgeable staff. After recently switching from my old tax provider I will definitely be using Michael and his team in future as well as recommending them to friends and family.

This was my go to place for filing my taxes. However, I submitted all my paperwork to them in July and was told that my taxes were filed. It’s now August 31st and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from this business since July. I have called numerous times, left multiple emails and I’ve even driven past. Their store front is always closed. I hope everyone is ok but it sucks that no one reached out to me before they took my documents and went MIA. To make matters even worse I checked the IRS website and my taxes weren’t even filled yet.

420 multi services inc 17years never had a problem. The old workers try to make me go to them but I'd never. Don't ever be fooled 1035 is the real deal.
