I purchased a trax there on 9-18-23 the only honest person I found there was Anthony DellaFave. He was honest no BS. The older woman who came to count the money didn't even acknowledge I was in the room, when I mentioned how to verify the check she stated " I can't do that" like it was beneath her to make a call. 16 days after a bought the trax I recived a call stating all the paperwork wasn't signed & he would send someone over to take of it. No one showed up, I also mentioned problem with remote when asked how I was doing that after I explained he said it didn't sound right & he would check & call back never happened.People should not say something if they do not mean to follow up. Since Anthony is new shouldn't the sales manger double check the paperwork ? I was the only one there buying a car. Ms please do not say sorry as the would means nothing. If someone steps on yopur foot by accident & says sorry does that take the pain away ? NO. Due to the way your staff except Anthony conduct business in this manner I will not ever be at your dealership again. Have a nice day.

This business runs an unethical promotion on its website - when I heard about this shop (via mail), I checked out its Specials (cars under $15k) and to my dismay, none of the vehicles were listed with price except for "Contact Us." I went ahead and contacted them via phone call as I was interested in a few vehicles, all of them were listed under their "Under $15k" promotion and after a bit of bouncing around with their representatives - they kept putting me on hold, but I persisted - I was told by an individual that works for their financial department that none of the cars I was interested in are $15k.This makes me wonder how many cars under their "special" are actually priced at $15k or less. Simply put, my issue with them is that they practice false advertising with hopes to get you to come in and when you do... they will try to upsell you. This is unethical and should not happen as there are buyers like me who are looking for an affordable car and we get excited about possibly getting a great car for a reasonable price, just to find out that it is all bull crap.Do not buy from this place! BUYER BEWARE!

Moved here from another state and went to Spurr for service and treated me like I brought my car there. Not the kind of treatment I've gotten from other dealership.

7-1/2 hour wait on-site turned into 8-1/2 hours. Then, when asked to split the bill between a debit card and a credit card, they managed to run the debit card twice basically draining one bank account. And when they finally offered to put plates on a car for a loaner, my car came off the lift ... but then I waited another 30 minutes for an inspection sticker to be affixed. My next oil change will be free. Yay. Oh, yes ... instead of replacing one ball joint they replaced BOTH, so I got a free ball joint too. Double yay.Earlier post:I don't mind waiting for service when I'm told it will only take 3 hours. It's been 7-1/2 hours since my 9:00am appointment that I arrived on time for. No updates, no courtesy driver, no loaner vehicles. Try finishing a job that's started instead of working on all the other vehicles that came in after me without appointments. Oh, but your service desk is "very sorry" it's taking so long.
