Don't call here in the middle of the night when you need information about your medication because a computer will tell you to leave a message and they'll call you back in an hour. No big deal, I'm only having an asthma attack and trying to ask a question about my inhaler

CVS is literally ripping off their customers when it comes to what they are charging for Passport pictures. The company charges .44 cents for a 4X6 photo, however for some reason find it fair to charge $16.99 for two Passport Photos. Please make it make sense CVS, how in any way is this fair? On top of that, your employees are misinforming customers by stating that it’s more at the Post Office, which isn't. Ended up researching because I couldn't help but feel robbed. I wish I had researched prior to going to the store and paying for that simple yet important service. On top of the government taking advantage, we the people have to worry about companies who claim to have their patrons interest at heart.

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars, I would! They have no customer service skills, extremely rude staff. They don't understand the people who deal with them NEED prescriptions on a life or death basis, as they could care less! Instead they treat people like garbage! It's just their job, right? Rather than going here for convenience, I'll spend my money and time going out of my way to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. (As CVS looks me up, my prescriptions are not life or death, however my mothers was and y'all gave us an extremely difficult time. I should've known better and left then, that is on me!)

Total dump. Lazy staff. Garbage on the floor. Garbage all over the parking lot. No reason to come here. Go to the Winton road location. Close this down town of Brighton!

Worst pharmacy ever, the guy at night shift 10:30pm 01/29 said if i paid cash he will get the prescription ready right away, even though they had all the information ready for my daughter. if using insurance card i got to wait another 30 minutes. Shouldn’t do that with medication.

I called around 10 pm to see if I could take a certain medication while having COVID just to be safe. I asked the question and the pharmacist talked to me like I was stupid. And I was still talking and then he hung up on me! I get they work long hours but...come on. Will not call again ever. Excuse me for asking questions to be safe and not end up in the hospital.

extremely poor experience with pharmacy. Workers were making jokes about not answering calls at drive through window. Cars were sitting stuck in line for 20-30 minutes at a time. It's fine if your going to close the window, but at least put up a proper sign informing customers. Families waiting to pick up meds for kids or parent's do not have time to waste being the butt of a staff joke. Transfer your prescriptions to a pharmacy that wants your business. There were 5 pharmacy works on at the time of incident, and 2 customers inside, me being one of them, who could clearly hear associates joking about not answering calls. very sad.

Oh my gosh, they just all must hate their jobs. I figure if you have to be at work, you might as well try to enjoy yourself. The pharmacy staff here are just rude and act as though having to do any work for a customer is the most god awful thing ever. No greeting, no smiles, no joy, nothing. The wait is ridiculous and when they need to correct an error, well, just know you will wait and wait and wait and wait and no one will update you. Most recently, I had to have a label changed as they did not have the correct insurance information (And no, my insurance had not changed!) Pharmacist said it would take about ten minutes. Do you think she bothered to tell me it was ready. Heck no. Guess I'm just supposed to get in line again even though she walks by me 10 times with no acknowledgment that she made the change.

I have spoken with CVS customer service and they have been unable to improve services at this location stating staffing issues.

I don't think it's acceptable to wait two hours plus, I'm still waiting... For my prescriptions. I am extremely sick and I live alone. There's nobody to run out and pick this prescription up for me. I will be changing pharmacies as this happened to me three days ago also. Fed up and over it.
