“What an incredible store and location. This store has virtually everything you may need and some more. The staff Chris H and Chuck are amazing customer service representatives. The store Owner Mike is the greatest store owner in all of Syracuse NY. He actually works with the customer to assure them a great shopping experience. We are virtually new to the area and by 5 month here in Eastwood Syracuse, NY and have been at this store almost every day. That how great of a convenience it is. Love this store. You should try and see what I mean. You won't be disappointed......Clubmart is the way to go!”

“Very pleasant female cashiers. I Always go here because they are open 24 hrs and so close to my apartment and everytime I have come here I have always been greeted with a smile,or a " hello,how are you" type greeting when walking in only when the female employees are working. Seems as though when the male employees are working they do not put forth that effort and have even come off rude because they do not say anything at all. And it makes a difference because a smile can go a long way.Inside seems to be kept clean and parking lot was clean too.”

“I just had a wonderful, friendly and quick experience. I literally moved here last night and awoke to pains that sent me to Urgent Care. When I went to pick up my meds, I ran into a problem because I didn't have my new insurance card on hand. “Usually the best gas price in Syracuse. Always well kept but can be very busy. On a warm day in the winter, watch out for the car wash line backed up into the road.”
“I decided to stop in here to grab a sub because of all the great reviews. It turned out to be a great decision because I had one of the best subs I've eaten. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were exceptional, and the price was very reasonable! I will have to make this a regular stop when I'm craving a sub, and I suggest others check it out because they will likely feel the same way.”

“Only place you can get hot food or drink at 4am. Mostly clean bathrooms. As an Uber driver and a courier, I do not like driving outside their network (Central NY and parts of the capitol) because their isn't an equivalent in Western NY and only very far south into Rockland county do you find full service, 24/7 gas stations with food worthy of consumption.”

“This is a well maintained store / gas station! They offer hot And cold sandwiches/subs, pizza and several other types of foods. We've always enjoyed the prepared food when we're on the go or just don't feel like cooking sometimes.There are specific times when the store can become very busy with lines that go back into the store, however they will open each register and get the lines moving pretty fast!We have a couple of other gas stations closer to where we live but we will actually drive a little further to shop at Cliffs!”

“We had a work function and got a variety of pizzas delivered. The pizzas were all very delicious, the wings were ok, Caesar salad dressing was also very tasty. Pizzas delivered on time and without the additional fees of grub hub/door dash. Would definitely eat here again.”

I just acquired this 8 year old car with stains and general build up of use.
Dan had done under hood etc and Ruthie did the interior. Had the trunk done also didn't see who did that bravo to, if I missed someone.
When done it was spectacular, like new, with all my areas of concern met.
Truly people that are focused on the task at hand.
They gave me realistic time frame up front and it worked out.
All in all a great business because of the building and it's features for the ability to do the task.
Having the people is the key and this location has it.
