Absolute scam business. The quality of goods is so poor and they bundle them in a way that 10-15% of your order is unusable. It seems cheap at first but taken into account the poor quality and damaged items that need to be tossed it actually ends up being much more expensive than other comparable companies. Their claim of same day shipping is bunk. Took them closer to a week to ship the order. Non existent customer service too. Never get a response from them. Take your business elsewhere. You’ll be better off paying a little more for quality product and a company that values their customers.

AVOID at all costs. I have been a customer with Value Mailers since 2019. On the whole they are OK, but once in a while you'll get wrong orders or damaged items. However, for my latest shipment, they really went over the top with being a horrible company. I needed boxes by a certain day and they promised same day shipping but did not ship for a week later. I inquired 4 times as to the tracking of the shipment. After I did not receive any ship notification, or any response from their customer service, I emailed again to cancel the delivery. Still nothing. I followed up again. Then the next day I received a shipment notification, but I no longer needed the boxes. When I called customer service, to ask what we could do about this, they would not help me at all! I suggested we reroute the package via UPS back to them, and they flat out said they didn't want the package back and wouldn't do it. So I asked for a return label and they said they would email me their address and I would have to pay for their mistakes. Haha! They will not receive another penny from me.

Sent wrong boxes, too big for my products. Needed boxes & was out, had to use some of the boxes to fufill my orders because they took 4 days to respond to my concern. They offered a partial refund to keep them, but I'm loosing money every box I send from shipping weight. They wanted me to return for a full refund upon receipt, meaning I have to drive, waste gas & time to return, plus wait. Asked for full refund b/c slow service & it was their mistake. Was told I was extorting them. TERRIBLE CS!!

We Used to love this company. Not anymore. I’d say in the last six months it’s been nothing but headaches. They sent us the wrong cheaper low quality junk that we clearly did not order on a very large purchase order. They did not want to take responsibility for the clear mistake. Take your money elsewhere as we have done. Plenty of other companies to work with.

Avoid company. First order was great. Second order, sent the wrong size boxes. Third and my FINAL order with them, they sent flat cardboard squares instead of boxes, not sure how you can mess that up. Once they Finally answered my emails, I requested a refund. They changed to order information on their website as refunded, it wasn't, it would show in paypal. No responses.Their website says BEST RATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT...5 STAR!....absolute lies.
