Went there few days before Memorial Day made several purchases got home to start packing for vacation, upon arrival at vaca destination determined that one of the tops I purchased still had the security tag attached. Got back from vaca went to this location asked for a manger was told by a 5’6’ eyeglass wearing dark skinned male that said he was the manager for CI store, that I would need to have my receipt?!? ?? so your cashier forgets to take off the security tag and now I’m supposed to produce a receipt from over 3 weeks ago that I would not need if your inept associate had done her job properly. NEVER WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN - Centereach, Coram, and Lindenhurst locations have better quality of clothing, professional staff who are helpful and a pleasure to do business

My family went to the store just to get kicked out. They have a kids department but don't want kids in the store. How does that make any sense. staff need to know they work in a customer service field if you don't like people they are in the wrong job/business

Terrible service, the lady who is a manager is too disgusting, terrible with customers, they should take action on the matter, I left the store without bringing my things, I left everything so as not to have a bad time with her

Company in general is horrible with customer service. No fitting rooms to try anything, no air or ventilation. Returns are a huge hassle. Tried returning two items today that, 1- I did not have the receipt for because a cashier in CI location did not give it back so I was told I could not return the shirt, no store credit, nothing offered so stuck with a shirt I can never use, lost money there. 2- A pair of pants that I was never told are final sale nor does it say that in their policy, so more money lost there. All items had original tags. This is terrible business practices. Not to mention two employees gossiping the whole time they were "helping" me. Terrible waste of money and will no longer be shopping here and will advise everyone I know to not do business here. Rude CI location manager also.

I came in to find some pieces for a concert and was disappointed to find extremely rude and unhelpful staff. There was a rude Dominican lady at the front who seemed like she did not want to be there with an attitude muttering in Spanish. She did not help me find what I needed despite the clearly unorganized situation. Need to hire more helpful and kinder staff.

Horrible store. The staff is incredibly rude and should all be fired honestly. Ive been in the store and they only speak Spanish to one another. When asking for help, they act like it’s an inconvenience.I called today to see if they had an item they told me to call back later! Then when I did call back later, they yet again were rude and acted like I was bothering them. I told them they were rude and unprofessional and proceeded to hang up. Will never shop in that location again!

If i could give 0 star’s i would. The old Dominican brunette lady in the front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional, shouldn’t be working there and she’s clearly going crazy. I went with my kids to buy a shirt and my kids were right next to me at all times and she started following us and yelling at me saying she don’t want my kids to touch the clothes which they never did and she yelled at my 5 year old son and my 12 year old daughter saying that they were dropping everything in the store and clearly we could not pass through since all the clothes are packed all together with no space to pass and when we were almost about to pay she randomly started yelling at my 12 year old daughter that she was dropping clothes at the floor and that same old lady started telling other customers that were in line that we were dropping everything and talking bad, i left the clothes there and left. She really need to see a Psychiatrist… Don’t recommend this place to No One!

I love rainbow but this location is awful. They talk about the customers in Spanish and they’re not helpful to anyone. I rather Lindenhurst location they are much nicer and helpful.

I been living my whole life in CI , I have experienced ci store and now the one in Brentwood , an from both store I had experience bad customer service from managers, I went today to the one in 93 wicks rd Brentwood , honestly I was doing a exchange but not cause of that managers gonna treat ppl like th money don’t value anything cause that money it’s been already expended in the same exact store , and honestly if manger it’s saying (store policy) “it’s the merchandise have to come the same way the merchants had left, I brought the Saturday December 31st and I went to do the exchange today January 2 and I even told her I’m doing a exchange cause the zipper didn’t work , lady asked where’s the tickets even with having THE RECEIPT!!! And store policy it’s ( exchange with the proper receipt) I been working in retails store for the past 5 years and I never experienced something like that with this “manager” they should read their store policy before doing a exchange cause they forget they not the owner they just a worker!!!!

I ran in to buy pants for my wife, on our way to work. As soon as I enter the store, some lady is yelling. As I had just gotten here, I didn't notice it me she was yelling at. I think that she thought I was someone else, because she kept acting like she knew me. Saying things like, "I told you to leave, we're not doing this today." And "I told you if you came back, I would call the cops." I had never seen this lady in my life, and had not been to the store in years. Obviously some sort of mistake, but still, I will never go back to get yelled at for no reason again.
