My family & I have been going to this pharmacy for 25 years. Yeah they had one girl at the pharmacy for like 6 years that was always nasty but Digesh, the notary, lady with the glasses that does the lotto are the best people. Those of you complaining here could probably use some manners because any time there has been an issue, which can happen (no person or place is perfect), they've done EVERYTHING for us. Why? Maybe because we treat them with respect. We're Hispanics too so don't want to hear that they're nice to us because we're white people.Thank you Brentwood Pharmacy for your service. We appreciate you.

If I could give 0 starts I would the lady begin the western union always ignores the people that are next it does not matter if you speak Spanish or english she ignores you. I just needed to buy a money order but I had to lived because not like them I don’t have all the time.

Called to check inventory on a drug that is in shortage nationwide. Guy said he couldn’t tell me if it was in stock until my doctor sends the script there. So you’re currently wasting my time, and now you want me to waste my doctor’s time? Also, every other pharmacy I’ve called for the last year has been able to tell me. So I think it’s more that these people are clowns.

The woman at this UPS was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! PRETTY MUCH PUSHED ME ASIDE HELPING OTHERS WHEN I INFORMED HER I NEEDED THE LABELS PRINTED. I had informed her that this was the 4th UPS I had gone too, extended my lunch break & had to get back to work. OBVIOUSLY she didn't realize that I speak some Spanish though I'm white??

I was standing in line waiting to be called on , and a spanish speaking lady just walks up to the counter and begins a transaction, the lady working the counter didnt prompt her I was next , they kinda both just ignored me until they was done. Then she ask's if she can help me. And suprisingly she has such a attitude. I thought it was just me, but as I read the reviews, I see if you dont speak spanish you dont get treated right here.

Poor customer service the men who work and UPS area is violence verbal and attitude I ask for my recive he said no because I paid cash and any complaints you can not back you money no recomendable this place is really bad

I went to pick up some money from western union and the lady who” helped” me out was so bitter and had the worst customer service. She told me no transaction was coming up under the number I gave to her, I came back the next day another lady was there and had no Issue with it
