All I can say is A+++++ If you are even thinking about a New or Preowned Vehicle go to Boonville and ask for Patience!! She is the best, so honest and easiest car dealer to work with. I drove up picked out the car that caught my eye and she had me driving off the lot in a few hours completely set to enjoy my new ride. Even sent me mail after the sale, that's more than just a hardworking woman but shows dedication to her clients! I will definitely be directing anyone in the market her way and I'm definitely not one who writes reviews but she is above and beyond what you will need for your next vehicle purchase. Most Highly RECOMMENDED!!!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Acadia at Matt Nimey GMC! Bobby Miller went above and beyond to locate the vehicle and made the entire process easy. Don't think it's safe just because it's a dealership. Friendly atmosphere hiding shady work. Spent the better part of $20,000 trying to get a GMC Acadia with NO RUST running. Rebuilt a motor, which blew up. Then instead of getting a new crate motor when I needed a now motor, they just bought a short block and pocketed hours of labor tearing everything off the old blown motor and installing it on the "new" one. Which huge surprise needed more work right after it got done because I had no oil pressure. When the motor was finally done there was still a noise under the hood. They brought out 3 people to listen and told me I had a lifter tick, and the thing would have to be torn apart again. I brought the car to the GMC dealer in Rome, New York, and they told me it was a vapor condenser doing it's job and the motor is fine. Gold digging liars. Don't wast your money. Buying a vehicle is no different than anywhere else, up sell you, undervalue your trade in, the usual.

Working with Patience was so refreshing. No pressure and just the most positive attitude. We arrived thinking very linear, were thinking of one type of vehicle and switched gears mid test drive, she was helpful and courteous, allowing us to find our very own dimond on the lot. Joe Load made my wife and my experienced very easy and smooth. We drove 2.5hrs each way and everything was ready for our trade in when we arrived. Spent an hour at the dealership and were on our way home with our new Yukon AT4. The sales manager even gave our new baby a Nimey onesie! We will be back for sure.
