My grandmother just bought a Honda civic from them and I took it for a test deve and thair wase a lot a problems with the car shees wase dryving it for less than a week and we tock it to go git it servised and thay handed her the plats the next day and tolde her that I schouldent have been thair with her then gave me an atatude saying thairs nothing wrong with the car when I made a list with all of the things that wase wrong with it thair wase 11 serious problems that needed to be tended to

Trash cars that are over priced .owner also owns usave auto a towing company / body shop .police call usave to tow cars that are parked illegally, arrested owner, accidents ect when people can't pay 350 dollars tow plus 100 per day for storage fee they suggest people sign the title over then they polish it up in the body shop and sell it at sonny mannys ..legally stolen cars stay away from both company's owner is the biggest con artist

Owner was helpful, knowledgeable and gave me the facts straight up. He even told me which vehicles were overpriced and he did not recommend them because they were overpriced.

Before you do business at Sonny Manny, do some research at the Broome County clerk's office regarding the law suits filed against him. His legal name is John Manculich. Mr. Manculich, DBA "Sonny Manny," is deceptive beyond your wildest fears. He advertised this business as a "BuyHere - PayHere" but when he has your down payment and it's time to fill out the application, take note that what you're asked to sign is a LEASE agreement! He buys many, if not all of his vehicles at auctions, some with only SALVAGE titles meaning the NYS INSPECTION for safety and road worthiness MAY NOT BE VALID ! The inspection is done "at another shop," which in reality is HIS OTHER BUSINESS where the inspections are NOT DONE ACCORDING TO NYS LAW.

This a** hat asked for an $850 down payment. We offered him $1,000. Three days later he called back and said he needed a higher down payment. How can you quote one price, and then change your mind?

I tried buying a vehicle through this establishment and I'd talked to the gentleman there - i made the down payment of over $1,000 and we made a payment plan. The gentleman called me up and said that the down payment was not enough, he said he'd talked to his superiors and they'd told him he'd made a mistake for the plan and down payment wemd made.

Jim was very honest about the vehicles on the lot. There was an issue with the financing & it was settled (nothing to do with Jim). My Son had to wait more than a week for his vehicle, however when he went to pick it up, Jim did all he could to make things right! Thank you!

Bought a vehicle from here. Paid off in about two and half years. I was paying $75 a week for it and about a year or so of paying it every week on time I was late a few days on one of my payments. I then received a phone call from one of their employees threatening to come and repo the vehicle. Now don't get me wrong it's nice to have a buy here pay here place but give me a break! After paying it off about two months after the engine took a crap on my way to work. Never again Sonny Manny!
