I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done

While traveling from Vermont to Texas we had a blowout about 10 miles from Binghamton, NY. The spare had a bad valve stem so we needed a tow. Being a Sunday we expected to have a difficult time finding one. Only 3 open and 2 not only didn’t answer, they never called back. Chris at John’s Towing not only came, he brought a friend to give us a ride, found an open tire shop and called ahead to let them know we needed help and charged a very fair price. There was no Sunday emergency fee added on. Chris turned a bad situation into a minor incident. Thank you Chris!!

These guys came in clutch . I needed an old van towed from PA into NY and when no one anywhere could do it , they stepped up , did it right away and affordably , on the weekend no less . Will be my go to place from now on . Will need them for body work too . Thank you guys .

Was quoted $125 after tow was completed charged me double $350!!!!!!! Will never use again!!! Recommend getting quote recorded so they can't rob you

Called Chris to come tow my truck thatwouldn't start and back bumper wasstuck on a mailbox post (from metrying to get it home myself). He had agreat sense of humor and was able toget my truck unstuck and into mydriveway within 5 minutes aftershowing up. Quick response time andgreat driver, knew exactly how to getme unstuck and out of my neighborsyard without causing more damage totheir yard or mailbox. He even stoodtheir post back up straight for me!Best service & driver in the southerntier area. Highly recommend foranytime you are in a pickle.

There aren't enough praises I can sing for Chris at John's Body Shop & Towing! My girlfriend's parents were in a terrible rollover accident (Luckily they are OK) and Chris responded for the Tow. He was extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Their car was packed full of things as they were heading out of town on a trip. Chris made sure to recover every single item and also went to Home Depot to buy a tarp to put over the ripped-out moonroof to protect everything from the rain. He also went to buy garbage bags for us so we could collect all their items from the vehicle after driving over 2hrs to get there. Chris made sure we had access to the vehicle and allowed us to take our time collecting all their personal items. He stayed in constant communication and coordinated sending the plates back as well. I cannot recommend John's enough. The NYS Police should always use John's for services like these. A++

I hit a deer on the highway and called them Chris was there in no time to get us off the highway they also did the repairs on my jeep after they were done it was like it never happened thank you guys for the Awesome work
