MARK sold me a car (yes, you read that correctly, without a license to sell cars) with a hole in the frame larger than my fist, that overheated, didn’t shift into gear properly, and I could continue; when approached about it after the fact (as we took his word in the beginning since he’s my father in law) he got defensive with my husband, his son, and said he never even personally inspected the vehicle. But upon giving us the keys initially made sure to make comments about how his “grandkids” need to be in a safe vehicle.
This is only ONE instance over the past almost decade I’ve been in the picture; there are certainly more.
Would continuously call my husband, his son, to help close the garage over the past few months due to his high turn overrate and then wouldn’t pay him for his time, nor fix his vehicle per their agreement. Even called him to try and get him to come in the day I gave birth to my son in February, and when he was told that it wasn’t possible that day, had choice words and still to this day hasn’t said a word about the arrival of his grandson.
If MARK acts like this towards family, what makes you think your vehicle is in good hands?

Was having a horrible day with car troubles. I came in right before close and while they couldn’t help as the job would take 2.5 hours, they let me wait inside, helped with AAA, and offered me advice on cars. Their kindness and caring helped get me through a very vulnerable situation.

Friendly guys, great service. I was able to drop off my car for a few hours but they were done in less than 1 despite not having an appointment. They were able to squeeze my husband in first thing in the morning too despite a busy schedule!

In terms of customer service, one of the worst shops I've been to. Not once, but twice, they forgot to call me when my car was ready. Both times I had to call the next day to be told "it's been ready." One of the times, they hadn't even done one of the two things that I asked them to do. Incompetent.
