Scheduled an appointment for a special tow on Friday with one of the workers and worked out all the details. Monday no tow truck and it's been 30 minutes. Called asked what time they will be there and was told my name wasn't on the schedule. Had to give information again about special tow and the owner rudely told me not interested in the job. No apologies, tone was nasty, unprofessional and could care less. The worst part about this is I had a deadline for this tow and once I found a tow service on Friday marked it off my to do list and stopped calling tow services. Now forced to find a tow service for Monday last minute. I would never use their service, can't be trusted the workers or owner. A rating of 0 for being unprofessional, untrustworthy and rude.Services: Tires

Its a shame there's only 5 stars...they need 6!!! Traveling to Va. and my console shifter wouldn't shift...left me stranded in hotel parking lot...they came early next day, took me straight in, repaired it, and on my way!!! Great group, courteous, and skilled... can't say enough!!!!thank you, thank you... Tony T.---Virginia
