Bought a truck from these gentleman and it wouldn’t pass PA inspection but I brought it back and they made it right and all is well now. Have only had it a couple of weeks but am hoping to have it a long while.

Bought a car in February from them, went back to them within a week to tell them about a noise that I was hearing they’re telling me it’s because it’s an older vehicle that it’s just basic sounds that a vehicle makes come to find out with another mechanics opinion, my strut is leaking oil And they say it wasn’t like that and refused to fix it not to ignore the fact that the bushing in my rear subframe are corroded. And. Iv went 2 times for the same issue. They buy vehicles and sell them as is they do the bare minimum work on their vehicles because they do not have a mechanic.

I found a gorgeous car there but once you leave that lot he doesn't want to be bothered with any servicing or any other issues that you have with the car the car is over $15,000 car I think that is very unprofessional

Family had bought a car from this dealership and didn't get a year out of it. Complained several times but the ownership had no desire to make it right . 6 months later the motor blows up and he says sorry only had a 30 day warranty . Had a wonderful experience, in less then 3 hours car was ready for us to drive off the lot, papers signed, boom! Very pleased with the quality of these used cars, specifically ours. Highly recommend! Can't wait to get one for myself!

Bought the car in February for 10k. Every couple weeks since then something new breaks. They say theres good tires. Flat in a couple months. Remote start broke. Engine problems 2 months after buying the car. Thank goodness the warranty program paid for it mostly but things keep breaking. Said "brand new rear brakes", I can't see how that's true if they are squeaking after 2 months. Very unsatisfied. Nice people. Shady business. They don't know the interiors for their cars to save their life. My tire goes to 18 psi from 35 in about a 15 minute drive

Went in yesterday to see if I'd have any luck Keith made it happen ended up getting a car with very low payments will definitely return down payment was reasonable and that was #1 for me this place is down to earth don't try upselling you that is what makes this place great thanks for the 2009 Dodge Charger EDIT I have had the car for a week and now I can't drive it cause something blew causing a massive coolant leak and it to overheat 26 miles away from home first long trip and it broke down can't call the dealership cause they are closed today will be calling first thing tomorrow not happy at all!!!! This is my only vehicle to get back and forth to work thankfully it is under a warranty Update 02/28/2022 dealership got the car in for repair today now I wait UPDATE 03/01/2022 car is finished definitely did right by me update 4/10/2022 fuel gauge still not working after being in the shop twice car has major suspension noise and very bad vibration while idling and doing 35-55 MPH haven't had it two months yet not a very good look honestly

I submitted an application, emailed, and called - nobody ever got back to me, ever returned my call, nothing. I was approved for financing on my own and at several dealers so it's not an issue of presuming me a waste of time - unless a waste of time to them is not being able to get over on you. It's a shame, and when I thought perhaps they are just too small and not on top of the wide spread presence they established online, I noticed updates regularly taking place. Considering I made more than one attempt to communicate with them and was left hanging and ignored, I wouldn't put any faith in their appreciation of the individual consumer.
