don't trust this people they are thieves, my boyfriend took his car for inspection first they told my boyfriend to run the car for 40 miles after he said to run the car more than 100 miles ( by saying run the car 40miles more 30miles more) that he said he need to do some changes I don't remember specific what but we have proof. My boyfriend spend more than $2000 and they did not do the job right. we went somewhere else and inspection past right away.

Good for brakes oil change he can’t handle any job thats not simple he doesn’t have a alignment rack yet he still does alignment with a string not the right way to do it all his tools are out dated if u someone that wants to get away with a nysi when you know you won’t pass go to him I’ve seen him pass cars that should not be passed he pass cars with bad tires and suspension don’t recommend going to him stay far away from him

I have been informed by an alternator repair establishment that the previous alternator in my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu was found to be functioning properly. However, Nelson Auto Repair recommended its replacement. Subsequently, even after the installation of a new alternator by Nelson, the persisting issue remains. Nelson is a scammer. Made me change extra parts of my BMW 7 series which the car did not need them at first place. Made me a bill of 2800 for just service and did not return the old parts. When requested, he said his worker recycled them mistakenly. Stay away from this auto repair shop.

We recently experienced very poor customer service as a result of misdiagnosed issue. He charged us for a service and part that was never the issue and upon payment he refused refund or a resolution to the issue. We are left in a worst place than initially.

Nelson doesn’t have updated tool for diagnosis. He will unnecessarily make you change car parts and you will end up with same issue’s in your vehicle.Service: Auto battery replacement

My BFs car had been sitting & we got it towed here to get it looked at to see what needed to be done to get it running. They said the amount of work that would need to be done would have cost more than the car was worth. Owner said he knew a guy that might come look & make an offer to buy it. A week or so went by with my BF reaching out a couple times to check since we didnt hear back about the guy. I reached out & said I was getting worried about it & wanted to hold onto the title until the car sold & could look into other places if the other guy wasnt interested. They did a complete 180 & demanded the car be off the lot that morning & that no one was going to buy your blown up car. I said I couldnt get it out right then, I was on my way to work. They back tracked & said we were no **************** worked hard to go against the stigma of cash grab shops & wanted us to trust them. I found a buyer the same day (Wed) who was going to pick it up Sat. I went in to get the *********** that Wed night. They said his guy still might come look at it the next day (Thurs). I said I had a ************ could come Sat. They said the car was a liability being there until then (again, totally fine w/ it there for the other guy). I said I would try to get it out sooner. I contacted the ********** said he could if he got a cancel. I said let me know right away & Ill make it work. I was looking into other places that might make an offer w/ pickup same day to get it out earlier. Fri 2pm they call & say the car will be impounded in 15 min. No warning! When we spoke on Wed they never said they would do that if it wasnt out by a day/time. They had no issue w/ it there when the guy they knew was going to look at it. Begged for 1 more day & reminded them the buyer was coming next day. They refused. I rushed over. Paid for tow to move it, when it would be gone next day. I think the guy & then were going to scam us. They were cool until I wanted to hold the title & had a buyer.
