Nice guy who has your best interests at heart . I originally bought my first home working with my real estate agent Joe. I was young and single buying my first home. He held my hand through the whole process. Now 20 years later I was married and had child and was looking to sell my home and move upstate close to family. Joe helped me through the whole process of selling my house. He even got me in contact with a great realestate attorney. He helped with all my questions and kept me up to date on closing. Joe is a great realtor and I consider him a friend.

Joe Jannace is an incredible, standout agent. I first met him when house shopping during the pandemic in 2020, at which time he was one of the only agents who was able to get us into homes to safely view them despite all the restrictions in place at the time. After we ended up not buying for financial reasons last year, he was the only agent who followed up with us this Spring as we were getting ready to house shop again. We decided to give him our business and we could not be more pleased with the results! Joe was consistently able to find multiple listings for us to see despite our limited availability. He was extremely responsive and attentive to everything we were looking for. He negotiated extremely well on our behalf and ultimately was able to find us a SUPERB value home in a sellers market, which we purchased under market value and he was there advocating for us through every step of the purchase process. Joe goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and I recommend him wholeheartedly and without reservation. He will be our agent and friend for life!
