I've always had a good experience here. Nice, clean and workers are always helpful. The teller I had today was very sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone is always helpful here!

With this COVID-19 pandemic going on, CHASE made it easy for all to adjust and have the line move rapidly. Going to the bank prior was a disaster but this experience as I wait on line was a breeze in the park.

Went to this branch today, and the difference between here and the branch on Merrick rd in Bellmore is night and day. The manager at this branch Steven Bassford is kind, caring, and makes sure any problem you have is addressed.

I received fake money from a customer and needed to have the paperwork from the exchange provided to me from the bank so I could pursue reimbursemt from the customer that had paid me with these bills. The counter rep Heidi was super helpful. Heidi asked me to come back later on because she was the only available teller and was overwhelmed. I insisted Receipt for fake bills be provided immediately to me due to the severity of this circumstance. The branch manager acted as if I was bothering her for making such a "special request". After a firm exchange of words and my refusing to leave without their paperwork, the manager finally provided Heidi with someone to help handle the other customers so she could help me. The managers last response before turning her back and walking away was... "do what ever you want"... and I did just that. Held my position at window and Heidi helped me. I dont know the managers name because she did not have a name tag. These 5 stars are for you Heidi. Ty for the help!
