Love love love everything about BWM. It’s a family owned business. Had the pleasure of meeting Arthur and Scott. I will call them the Wizards of Wine. If you have some time and want to learn about wine as well as go to a shop that has one of the best collection of wine, treat yourself and go here- a true gem.

A colleague created a wonderful piece of film in an inspirational video series that featured my boss. The appreciation for such a wonderful experience and outcome was a wonderful bottle of champagne. However, we're in the SF Bay Area and we wanted to make sure, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that we support local businesses and merchants. Since our recipient lives in Bedford, NY. Enter Bedford Wine Merchants. I reached out and got a call back from Scott but missed his call; I did however get all the info I needed in his message that included how they offer deliver within a purchase price and how soon they could do it. I was thrilled to call back and was blessed to get Devon on the phone, who not only recommended a delicious champagne but within the next couple of hours, getting confirmation it's been delivered. What a wonderful way to have my day go! Firstly, we MUST MUST MUST support small purveyors of things that make celebrations and points of consideration and love shine through. I was given 5-Star Platinum service and I'm 3000+ miles away. I can imagine what else they can do, within state. I won't hesitate to stop in the next time I'm in the area, and I will recommend them to everyone I know in the area, locally and within the state. Bravo!

I tried to order a special, limited production Napa Cab Bedford Wines had listed on the internet. Scott called me to let me know their last bottle had been sold. When I explained it was my wife's favorite wine, he did some research and found 3 bottles with a distributor. Unfortunately, two of the three bottles had gone bad (as can sometimes happen). The distributor would not replace them. Instead of telling me too bad, Scott reached out to the Napa Winery directly, explained the situation, and arranged for them to send me two bottles from their library collection at no charge to me. Thank you Scott! That was exceptional customer service!!
