It had wiring issues, body issues, parts needed replacement and we couldn't even get it able to be inspected. His Jaguar knowledge is impeccable and if you can find someone who cares more about what he does then him, I would be shocked. “My brake line popped while parked on a very steep hill. AAA stated they couldn't tow my Dodge Ram due to location and possibility of their flatbed getting stuck. Julio was the nearest mechanic around and thank goodness I googled his shop. This man is Awesome! Not only did he tow me out of that crappie situation but he also did phenomenal work. He replaced my breakline, diagnosed a engine sound I had that I kept ignoring and welded my rusted exhaust. His prices cannot be beat. I've found my new mechanic.Services: Engine repair”

“Had my transmission on my transit 250 flushed there I was a little nervous about doing it because it had a 117000 miles and wasn't sure if it was ever serviced . The owner told me it was a good idea to do it and made me feel better about doing it. Any way he flushed it and so far around 300 miles later seems like it shifts good glad I did it. He seems like he has good attention to detail and is really into his job”

“Heading south on the taconic my low tire pressure light came on. I pulled off at the bear mountain rd exit to the gas station and hear my front driver side tire hissing from the valve stem and losing air pretty quickly. I pulled into Emanon and spoke with Bobby. I told him I was on my way to work and needed a valve stem repair asap and asked if he could help. Without hesitation he brought my vehicle right in and I was in and out in 20 min and still made it on time for work.Thank you for the last minute repair especially being so close to closing time. “I must confess that I am not a person who likes to write reviews about my purchases or services but the service I have received from New Level Auto Repair over the years is well worth taking the time.
I am a client who has been with them since they started the business and I must say that over the years I have seen their growth in terms of quality of work, guarantees on repairs and most importantly, clear and honest communication with the customer.
In my case, I am a client who lives in New Jersey and it is impossible for me to leave my car at the shop on weekdays, with a call they allowed me to drop my car on a Saturday and pick it up the following Saturday.
On Monday my car was inspected and I received a complete report including photos and videos about the maintenance and recommended repairs for my vehicle, after that the service advisor contacted me and answered all the questions and doubts I had about the estimate and once the work was authorized, they proceeded with the repair.
