My latest experience at Burquip was awesome!!!!! Customer service was above and beyond what anyone can expect these days. The work that was done in the shop was outstanding!!!!! Very pleased overall.

Had an emergency this morning with a small trailer wheel. The bearings were old and needed to be replaced. I limped over to them at 8am. They had a full docket, but Felix allowed Howie to help me out and get me back on the road. Very nice people, would highly recommend. Thanks a bunch fellas!

Stopped in early in the season because I was having issues with the mount for my home-plow. The guy at the front was eager to come outside and crawl under the truck and take a look at the broken part with me. Although they weren't able to fix it, they offered parts, and recommended where to go. I followed-up on their reccomendation, got the mount fixed, and am fully functional again... Thank you!

It's taking me a little time to write this because I'm so disappointed I've used this company for over 30 years I called to make an appointment to have a plow put on my Chevy Colorado spoke to a young gentleman on the phone acted like he knew everything and it turned out. He knew absolutely nothing. It turns out he's one of the owners sons and he told me I needed to have a lift kit put in the vehicle before it was brought there and that there's a company down the road that they use all the time they could do it. I turned around and had my own company install the lift kit and then brought the truck to the company to have the plow installed only to find out he said to me I'm so sorry I made a mistake. The plow doesn't reach the ground because of the lift kit , I asked him what he was going to do to make right because it cost me over $1000 to have the lift kit put in. he offered me a quart of plow oil I would never ever ever use their services again. Their employees are great but this kid that I guess he's gonna become the owner at some point should be ashamed of himself, because Burkwood was never like this. If you read this find another place to go to because they lost it.

I installed my own trailer hitch and wiring but for some reason one brake light wouldn't work. I took it to Burquip and in a few minutes they found the problem, resolved it and only reluctantly accepted the cash tip I offered. It's every mechanic's worst nightmare, fixing someone else's mistake, but they looked at the situation with a fresh, logical approach which led to an easy fix. I would definitely very highly recommend these guys for all your trailer needs!
