My husband and I are elderly and due to medical issues, homebound. We needed a new printer. I called JK Techs and they were more than happy to help! They ordered the printer and came yesterday to install it! It was connected and printing in just a few minutes.Both my husband and I simultaneously got an alert on our phones that they had been affected with a virus. The Apple logo looked legit and the settings icon looked legit as well! I told my husband not to click on it and I did the same. Although that was not the reason for his visit, he looked at both phones and confirmed it was a scam! He cleaned out a lot of junk and now are phones are operating more efficiently!I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Although somewhat capable, we just don’t have the knowledge nor skills to deal with a problem like this!He did it quickly, efficiently, effectively and with a cheerful attitude. If you need “techpertise” this is the company you want to call!And, no, I am not his Mom…he was that good!

Do not use JK Techs. They broke my laptop and will not admit it.I've never before had to leave a negative review for technical services but people should know that if they break part of your computer they will not admit it. I made an expensive mistake when I trusted them.I had a laptop with damage to one hinge and a crack in the case near that hinge. When I dropped it off the computer was working, it had only physical damage to the case. After the hinge broke I opened the lid just enough for me to power it down from the Windows menu using the internal trackpad. My sons watched me do this. The frame next to part of the screen had a crack but the screen was working normally.I dropped it off with them to get an estimate. When they called me back they told me that the entire laptop was broken. They had opened it, taken the components out and tried them in another customer's computer and they told me the memory was dead, the screen was dead, the hard drive, etc.1: I didn't give permission for them to put my components in another person's computer2: It does not make any sense that a computer that was shut down in a normal way would have multiple unrelated internal components suddenly break.I can only conclude that they cased additional damage while opening the case.I'm an IT professional with 15+ years experience. The only part of a laptop I don't repair myself is damage to the case. The reason why I did not open the case is because I am aware of how easy it is to damage a screen while opening a broken case. If you have experience with IT you will know that a cracked frame does not typically damage multiple internal components not near the damage in the frame.

Bought in diagnosed mother board and replaced it.when I went to pick up he recommended hard drive for more speed. He was right on computer faster than ever. Prices were reasonable and even ordering parts speed was fine. Would use again in a sec.

I emailed JKtech with a request to build a PC that met the requirements of the rendering software I use. The process started the next day and I had a brand new custom built computer a week later. Javier was key to the whole process going smoothly and efficiently and I can’t thank him enough for how accommodating and knowledgeable he was. I’m thanking myself for finding this company because I don’t know what I would have done after my old computer starting failing. They really were my answer.

Walked in when I thought there was no hope, and everyone was super understanding and helpful and patient while I was having a meltdown about my laptop enduring complete failure!!! They were able to complete diagnostics and tell me the problem! AND resurrected my laptop! Would highly recommend!

Very nice crew here! Also most importantly they fixed my computer & kept me updated throughout the process. I almost traveled all the way to the nearest apple store but I'm so glad I didn't! 10/10 :)

Tech was a nice guy, but he couldn't make a routine repair, delayed or cancelled service appts, and was unresponsive to calls. He left me with a machine in worse condition than when he first saw it, and finally just ghosted.

I have a pc laptop with a touch screen. I dropped it and the screen broke. I called around and hands down Javier was responsive, accessible, and willing to work with me to find the right screen at the best price. This was not a simple fit and took some research on his part. He knows the landscape very well and understands service and fair pricing. As soon as the part came in he was able to fix it that day within 45 minutes. Javier travels for a very low fee to your door. His office is also in a very accessible location. I will be using him for all tech concerns I. The future- installing WiFi boosters, trouble shooting and repairs. He's very knowledgeable , reasonable, and honest.

I believe Javier knows what he is doing. He has a great reputation and has fixed a lot of computers. But he is too busy to return a computer within a week or two. My computer was there from January 24 through March 17. I did have it for a weekend in March, but it still had the same problem. As it does today. I ordered a new computer.

My Macbook Pro died on me for the first time after 7 years of use. I'm so happy with my Mac computer!!! I will never buy a PC in the future. Javier was professional, suggested a bigger drive and picked up and dropped of my computer for a really reasonable price! If you need any work on your computer, don't call anyone else! Don't go to the geek squad or anyone else. Just call Javier. I am super satisfied with the work he did on my computer. I highly recommend him.
