Max and Angelo were uniquely professional, pleasant, attentive, patient and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.
I shopped around and they gave me the best deal by far. This was my first EV and Max answered all my questions and was in no rush until I was completely comfortable driving it off the lot . Would absolutely come back and recommend to my friends and family.

Leaving review and tip to all future customers. The quote I got from this dealership wasn't as favorable as from other VW dealerships. Prices were higher, and they didn't want to give a breakdown of the total monthly payment. From my recent experience, every dealership even they work under the VW brand, they all are different companies, and their offers and prices are different. So shop around and compare, don't settle on the first dealership. You can even just call and ask for a quote. Good luck!

Amazing experience! Worked with Jonathan. Actually had an offer on the table from another dealer for a Jetta S, and he was able to get me a higher trim- Jetta SEL- with CPO warranties for right around the same price. Super personable, as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!

I went to Bayside Volkswagen to inquire about a replacement vehicle. I met Jonathan Brailey, a sales representative. He informed me about all the features of the Volkswagen Tiguan. Jonathan provided exceptional customer service. He listened attentively, answered all my questions, and most of importantly did not pressure me. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, financing, and provided honest feedback. As a result, I purchased the Tiguan and could not be happier! I highly recommend Jonathan and this dealership.

Upon entering, I informed Mr. Maximiliano that I was on a tight schedule and needed to quickly determine if a car was available. He promptly escorted me to the parking lot and offered test drives for two different trims. After a brief negotiation, the entire process was completed in under an hour.
The experience was straightforward and efficient, akin to shopping at a mall. Unlike other dealerships that engage in bait-and-switch tactics, prolonged negotiations, and involve multiple managers, this experience was refreshingly direct and hassle-free.
A special thanks to Mr. Maximiliano for his remarkable efficiency and hospitality. His professionalism made the entire process enjoyable.

This dealership is good, we test drove 2 cars with Lawrence and he was so helpful and just an awesome person, I am sad that I did not end up choosing a car from them but when my lease is up again, I will definitely go back there.

Matt was the sales associate who assisted me in the process of purchasing my car. they held my car for 6 weeks, when they could not repair my car, they blame the car had bad gas and told me to take to take my car back while the engine was shaking and the check engine light was on. After I replaced the old gas with new gas, the problem stay.
I sent the car to them, they held my car for two more weeks before they finally repaired my car.

Giuessepe is a true professional and makes the experience great. Overall everyone is cool, I wish though when you show up 5-10 minutes early they just let you wait in the sitting room instead of acting like they don't see you waiting outside.
