Unreal how I came multiple times for a notary and each time the ONE person is with someone and the wait time is over 30 mins insanity. Like take 3 mins to quickly help ppl that need a notary. Not that complicated. The absolute worst any other bank ALWAYS on the spot just that this one is closer to home! Useless never the less. 20 ppl to greet you but for what they’re useless also

They where attending other people before us without an appointment we where waiting for 1 hour and they keep letting other people without an appointment go first and we supposedly have chase Private client which there are “perks” to a chase account overall a bad experience don’t think I’ll be going there again

Terrible service, I came on Wednesday to open an account and they enter data and tell me if you can open your account but now I can't help you. I'll make an appointment for tomorrow. I arrive first thing Thursday morning. It hasn't even taken a minute to tell me we can't open the account. It's worth losing a day of work to go and they just told me that, these are people who are completely unprofessional, they're all angry, as if asking them for something for free, you're like, if they don't get paid to serve the people, plus some crazy guy who's in a desk, no one is friendly in this place, they should change staff and put friendly people in, so if they really help people
