The guys at the Batavia location are amazing!
I got my tires changed about a month ago, the people who changed my tires told me the steering is wobbly because of the brakes, I replaced brakes all the way around and the issue was still there, brought my van to the Batavia Dunn tire and the 2 guys working really took care of me. They were kind and extremely helpful. I really appreciate those guys! Definitely recommend going there for your tire needs!

I had a tire puncture and flat tire coming home from Kentucky. I didn't know the area at all but saw Dunn tire and stopped in. The manager Craig got me right in for 4 new tires, there was an issue with the lug stud and Craig went out of his way to go get the parts we needed to get it fixed and get me back on the road. I highly recommend his shop. Craig went above and beyond for me! Honesty about what needed to be done and honest prices. If I had Craig and his crew near me they would for sure have my regular business! Thank you so much!!!!

Update: year later Craig continues to have world class, consistent customer service. Craig will bend over backwards to make sure his customers are happy and that service is completed with integrity. Very trustworthy guy that will make sure your vehicle is in good hands.

They have a bsolutely wonderful service here. Craig the manager is extremely knowledgeable and honest with you. Derek the service technician that repaired my tire was super professional and quick with his work. Highly recommended to anyone who needs service to their vehicle!

I went to Dunn Tire in Batavia after a competitor was unable to fix my tire that had a screw in the tread. The competitor tried two different times and it still leaked air. Dunn fixed the issue and did not charge me. I will go to Dunn now instead of the competitor.
