Staff was very helpful. I needed new windshield wipers for my truck. They found what I needed and even came out in the snow to put my new wipers on I will be returning to buy my car needs highly recommend this store

I went in today and was helped by the associate Lewis at the Batavia location. He could not have been more helpful or pleasant. He went the extra mile to find the wipers that fit my car even though they were showing they weren’t in stock. He even helped me put them on. This is how sales associates should be. I will definitely be back to that location in the future.

Most useless staff. Went today to be looked at by multiple staff members while standing in line to check out. Ended up leaving and going to a different store for the parts that I needed.

I was here the other day and the lady that was working was very helpful, helped me get the right wiper blades and even helped and showed me how to put them on, in the rain with a smile on her face! Thank you again!

First person encountered was a little rude however the young man that waited on me was more than accomodating. He was knowledgeable and helped me carry my items to the truck! He even searched best prices and deals for me.
