Sarah handled all of the paperwork via email and was even present when our items were delivered. She helped place us in a location that did not result in a long haul and put a lock on our items until we arrived. The facility is clean, well lit, smells nice, gated, and well cared for. I would highly recommend Prime Storage and will be utilizing them for all of my storage needs.”

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Beth who is a customer care representative for corporate. She has taken the time to make sure my account stays with Storage Sense. A true sweetheart!”
