This place is okay. I have multiple units here so I’m going in and out a lot. Customer care on the 1-800 number will be the only way you can fix anything if you’re having problems. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Beth who is a customer care representative for corporate. She has taken the time to make sure my account stays with Storage Sense. A true sweetheart!

I have been very satisfied with my experience with Storage Sense. The property is very clean and well maintained. The indoor motion light switches are very helpful during the evening hours.

The service person was courteous and clearly explained the nature and pricing of the unit that interested me. The entire process of renting the unit took less than 20 minutes. The facility itself is well designed especially with respect to security and access.

Very pleasant experience at Storage Sense. I was able to get my unit right away, all online which was very convenient, with competitive rates. The storage unit worked great, and never had any issues.

At no points did I have difficulty accessing my unit. In addition, the office was very easy to reach, I never went more than a day without being able to get in touch with someone in the office when needed.

I just after 4 years of spending close to 8 thousand dollars got rid of my stuff!! I had to convince myself to downsize!! Place is great but stuff compared to money just didn’t make sense to me anyway!

Facility is easily accessible right off 67. Perfect location as the cheapest gas in Saratoga county is right next-door. Full range of indoor and outdoor unit sizes, with walls that are bound to the ceilings so your items will be how you left them. Great staff Shelby will make sure your experience with them is that of one you were looking for. The first month was free, if purchased online which made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Quick and easy. We filled our forms out online and paid the deposit that evening before and We were able to move our things in the very next morning. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
