Those women are rude, bitter, they are not professionals, they bled both of my child's arms to get the blood out of him... and then that woman even said bad words, a very rude word... the owner should fire her and find more friendly staff... who Maybe they think it's free, that's why my insurance pays... I'll never go to that place again.

Terrible. I had a 10:45 am appointment and walked into a packed waiting room. Have been waiting for 30 minutes and it doesn’t look like they are moving too swiftly. Seriously, how long does it take to draw blood? Front desk was rude, never even said hello. A gentleman just walked in and has been waiting for front desk to acknowledge him. Definitely going to look for another place. It never used to be like this. Labcorp- get your act together.
Update: after 40 minutes of waiting I told the front I was leaving. She got very nasty with me and told me she was the only one there and then started pointing at something on the wall screaming at me to read the notes. Very nasty.
Going back to Quest.

This place is slow and so disorganized. There is no proper communication. The place is dirty and filthy, not enough seating, but the worse is they're not organized at all.

Either the staff hates their job or they’re a bunch of bitter, unprofessional women who hate their lives. I truly doubt the owner is ”looking into this incident.” They kept inserting the needle in and out and my child started bleeding. I told them this wasn’t right and it’s taking much longer than usual. The two girls kept quiet. Let’s not even begin with the front desk. Get a new job or fix your attitude.

DISSAPOINTING!! Made an appointment for my child with special needs online for 9:30 at the Babylon location. When I arrived I checked in online and chose the ability to wait in my car and they would text me when it is our turn. At 10 o'clock, my aid went upstairs. Because we had not been called yet. Only to find out that lab Corp no longer take appointments online. if that is the case, they should shut down the ability to make an appointment online and have people waiting to be called in. They now have a new bigger office for more patients yet Still only have two people working! So antiquated. needless to say, we didn't get blood work done as it was overcrowded with patients who had been waiting in excess of an hour!

Truly grateful for this team. Walked in for a lab visit and was seen despite there being limited staff available. Had to wait of course, but it was only about 30 minutes or so. Christine drew blood from my daughter (just over two years old) and dealt with her being rather upset with a calm professionalism that I both admire and appreciate! My family and I will be returning here for ongoing needs for sure.

Fastest, easiest blood work I have ever done. Latoya is a total PRO! She had me in and out in 10 min and laughing through the whole appointment. I am a total wimp when it comes to getting my blood drawn but this couldn't have been easier!

Worst experience ever! Staff was extremely rude today! Myself and about 2 others came in about 11:15. Around 11:35, someone finally comes out and states (very rudely) “I hope y’all know we take lunch 11:30-12, it says so on the door” - she rolls her eyes and locks the door so no one else enters. Another woman asked her, “if we leave and come back, do we lose our place in line?” (Fair Question) Staff was so rude to her and tried to ignore her, when she asked again- staff member states “I’m not going back and forth with you!” Everyone in waiting room raised their brows.. the woman/patient who asked- looked at me and said- “ oh wow, she’s rude! “ I agreed. We sat and waited until they resumed again around 12:10.. there were people outside, waiting and knocking, and one of the patients who was sitting and waiting, asked if she should unlock the door and open it for them, and that same rude employee rolled her eyes and mumbled something so no one unlocked the door. I remember when the original woman who asked the questions in the waiting room was leaving after her appointment -she told the rude employee to go get a drink and relax, because that is how rude the energy she gave off was… just an overall horrible experience, and something that has never taken more than 30 minutes ever in life turned into an hour and a half visit- smh… back to quest diagnostics I go

Don't come here if you have a choice. I was specifically told to go to this location for my test and it was awful. First of all, the hours they do this test are only 7:30am-1:30 pm. Well when I went during my only available time within that window I was told I would have to come back at 12 because there was nobody there who could do it. So, the actual hours are apparently only 12pm-1:30pm. Wildly unrealistic for anybody with a job who needs time sensitive testing done. After having to cancel my doctor's appointment last minute so I could come back at 12, I still had to wait over an hour and the cherry on top? The woman who told me the person who could do the test would be back at 12 was the woman who ended up doing my test. So that was just a complete and utter lie. Don't waste your time here.
