This place must be hiring their friends to leave positive reviews because my experience does not even come close. WARNING!! The shop sux. The people here are a-holes and they'll try to get as much money from you as possible with doing the least amount of work. And don't count on any guarantees or warranties from this place because they will not honor them. They're also big fat liars!!

These guys here are absolutely amazing! The work they do is very professional and precise. They got me in and out in a timely fashion. The most important thing to me was the communication and the explanation they give you on the problems that are going on very knowledgeable people !

Truck broke down in Fillmore I called multiple people to try get to come out and fix no one was interested in helping out on a Friday .These guys was prompt and the technician was very knowledgeable on the issues of my 389 . I would definitely recommend these guys for any roadside repair

HeyI wos broken down near this place I had diesel problem check fuel filter I wont to this place I told them the problem after that they told me I need steer tire they put me use one and after 4 houre they told me is fuel pump and I have to wait 3 days to fixThe maeger try to get me a way to leaveBecouse they not sure is fuel pump he told me to go to where I live and buy oneI went to where I live I bought fuel pumpI put it in but still same problem fail diagonastic I recommend don’t go thierThey charge 160/h is booooooooo

Took my work truck in to install tires and have them balanced instead of getting the beads thrown in. Definitely worth having them balanced on a machine. I’ve been dealing with a shake for a few years and finally got rid of it. I wasn’t to happy that I had a 9 am appointment and truck wasn’t done till end of day… Thanks for gettting it done and fixing my issues tho.

Absolutely fantastic!I was on a trip with my family with our camper. One of the tires on the camper sheared the lugs off and I was stuck on the side of 390.My wife and I were on the phone for over an hour trying to find help to get it fixed or a tow. Because their was a tractor trailer roll over, there was no heavy equipment available anytime soon. Plus any repair shop was also closed for the weekend.Finally, one of the companies recommended I call The Diesel Shop LLC. Scott asked me to send him a couple of pictures and he said he could do it. Not by Monday, but by the next day on Saturday.At the time, I couldn't move it. Scott gave me the idea to shift weight around in the camper so I could tow. The only reason why was because I was feet away from the exit and they, amazingly, were only 3 miles away.It was already 6pm but guys were still there. Scott met me and was very welcoming. I ended up talking a long time with Nate who was also very welcoming. I felt it was a miracle we ended up there.Scott also checked in with me on Saturday morning as he wasn't at the shop.They had it fixed by 1pm on Saturday and we were able to make our family tripThe place is called "The Diesel Shop LLC" not "The Camper Shop." They could easily have passed us on to someone else like everyone else did.I wish I had a diesel as I would travel the 30 minutes from my home just to have them work on it.

Less than pleased with my experience here. I knew going for a head gasket was no simple or inexpensive job, though the diesel shop failed on more then one account. Not only was the labor price double what I had expected, but communication was non existent. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday with scheduled work for Wednesday with a completion date no later than Friday. By Friday an hour before they close I still had no word on the status of my truck. After calling I was told we would be into the following week. Being closed Monday and Tuesday, the 3rd and 4th of July, I called 10am Wednesday and give. The same run down I received Friday and was told I would get a call back shortly. 4pm rolls around again with no word so I call with the service department telling my my truck is finished but to hang up and call the front desk. After doing so, the front desk has no record of my truck being completed yet..... Moral of the story, I wouldn't take my childs match box car back to this shop.

Great service from start to finish. I don’t let other people touch my stuff, so handing them over my truck was a bit nerve racking at first. After talking with Mike a few times at the beginning of the build, I knew I made the right decision taking it to them. I had The Diesel Shop do a full performance engine build to my 2004 Ram 3500 Cummins. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and left with what I wanted, plus more. Through the whole process Mike would message me giving me updates and asking if it was okay that he did certain things. When I went to pick up the truck you’d never know anyone even touched it. Scott answered some questions I had and told me to reach out to him if there’s any issues or I have anymore questions. You could tell they took pride in the build as if it was their own personal vehicle. That evening Mike reached out to see what I thought of it and wanted to make sure I was happy. You don’t get this type of service on a personal level from many places. I highly recommend them.
