Bert and Matt are amazing! They always take care of me when I come in. They investigate the problems to find out what's going on and resolve the issues. They get me in when I'm up against tight deadlines to have work done on my car. They explain everything clearly. So glad Guenther's was referred to me by a neighbor. I'll never go anywhere else. Great quality materials and craftsmanship for reasonable price. Support your local business! Trustworthy place!

I have been taking my car here for 15+ year. They know me be name and ALWAYS treat me awesomely from the top (owners) down. They do phenomenonal work and I've never had a problem or concerns.
Most recently they helped me out in a time cruch with a major unexpected project prior to me moving to Pittsburgh. I will miss having the trust and confidence in a mechanic after my relocation.

Beware of high prices!! Brought vehicle in for Oil change , tire rotation, check engine light on and AC charge. Was told that AC charge would be $400 to $500 and check engine light was an evap code and they wouldn’t have time to fix it. So I went ahead with the oil change and tire rotation. Final bill came to $202 with a $62 diagnostic check charge to find out what the check engine light was. They never offered to set up an appointment to actually have the evap code problem taken care of. Basically got a $202 oil change and tire rotation. Needless to say I will not continue to give them my business. They also do not like having customers wait while work is being done. Always pushing to have you leaving the vehicle. Tread lightly is all I can say.

If you are reading reviews to decide if you can trust Guenther's with your car, I will make it easy for you -- ABSOLUTELY YES. I live in the city of Rochester, NY and would not normally have my car in their service as they are about 30 minutes south of me, but my parents live nearby their shop and when my car needed repair while it was in their care, they took it to Guenther's for that work.\nIt is important to note that I have an inherent mistrust of mechanics having been taken advantage of by bad ones many times as a woman, especially when I was young so it takes a lot to impress me and earn my trust, but Guenther's did it on my first visit which is something I don't say lightly. They were extremely communicative, offered explanations, options, and alternatives to expensive service I needed, and were right on the nose with their repair estimate (they even came in a little under the expected budget!). Their staff was respectful and kind, and my car was in better condition when I got it back than when I dropped it off....they had even re-bolted on a piece of my fender that had come loose when I parked too close to a curb at no charge because it was easy for them to do when they replaced my tires. When my car was ready for pickup, they even took the time to talk to me about things I should look out for in the coming year or two given the age of my vehicle and their mileage. There was no point in time that I felt as though I was being overcharged for any particular item, or told I needed to replace/fix something unnecessary.\nI don't know when I will have the opportunity to visit them again for service given that I don't live nearby, but I didn't want to miss the chance to let anyone in their area know that they will find an honest and reliable shop if they choose Guenther's. Please consider reaching out to them if you have service needs, you won't be disappointed!

For just one tire, a diagnostic, and a tire rotation I was charged 275.00. I was given a quote of 120.00$ before I brought my car in and obviously that didn’t reflect what was actually happening. The customer service is great but this is insanity. Obviously I have to pay to get my car back but just be careful and make sure you know EXACTLY how much they’re charging you before you bring it in.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I couldn't be more happy with the work Matt and Mike did for me. I work at another shop, but don't have an alignment rack. They set my 68 camaro up perfect. And set pinion angle for me. My car is smooth as glass, and drives straight as an arrow. I cannot thank you guys enough for the work you did. The price was right and work was even better. Guenther's Performance is the only garage I trust and take Our vehicles too.Very honest Family owned and very friendly.Extremly knowledgeable and will also work on high performance special cars like Porche and race cars.They have race cars themselves.When You take Your vehicle there rest assured it will be repaired perfectly and even improved from before.They won't break the bank and have them to thank! Worked here. Worst working environment in existence. Mike is a verbally abusive individual that doesn’t care about your well being. Don’t go here to even get your work done. They cut corners and lie to customers.
