The assistants are not knowledgeable. The assistant tried to turn me away for a COVID booster, when I indeed qualified. She actually asked me what medical conditions I had that qualified me. I don't think that's in the legal scope of her job. TOPS doesn't employ certified pharmacy technicians.

I am a regular customer of Tops all the associates are helpful and courteous and I especially enjoy the baked goods and every associate in the bakery pays attention to detail of products.

Tops meat department in Auburn makes the best Italian Sausage I have ever had. They have the best Italian Bread, Vienna Bread and French Bread too! Always friendly staff in the Deli department doing requests for several half pound selections at a time. The cashiers will call for someone to get an item I forgot and are very nice about it. Good place to do the grocery shopping.

Awful. High prices and rude employees but clean. Worst baked goods on the eastern seaboard. Do Not go here but to Aldi!

Their sale prices tend to cost more than other places regular everyday prices. Items in deli area are not as fresh as they should be due to FDA food storage regulations. I find the store to be very dirty and the female bathroom absolutely disgusting. Many staff members are rude, miss informed and unfamiliar with their own store policies.
