The owner is cooperative and makes sure you are happy with the results. The workmen have been with her for many years and are experts in their field. Caroline, the owner, works on your behalf with the insurance company. She strives to make things right. Truly customer friendly. My car truly looked as good as new! I highly recommend this body shop!

Our 2013 Fford Expedition was sideswiped by an Amazon delivery truck last summer. Both right side doors were destroyed, ffront fender and rear body panel damaged and one wheel destroyed. Bianchi repaired everything within two weeks and I would swear it looked better than new. Tremendously good job, easy to work with and communicate with, incredibly competent bady shop. They worked through all the issues with the insurance compny (USAA) very effectively. Best body shop experience I've ever had and I've been driving for more than 60 years. Believe me, I've had body shop experiences that would give you nightmares.
