I've brought my car here a bunch of times, both for my tires and other maintenance to-dos like oil changes. I trust the guys who work here. They're honest and they do a good job. The prices are fair, and if you join their mailing list they send you coupons and rewards. My one complaint is the wait. They are a pretty busy business, so it's normally a 1.5 hr visit, but you're also in Astoria, so if you didn't want to wait in the waiting room, there are plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to.

The service here is top-notch! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Many times service stations and mechanics take a vantage of women who come in, not here. Mike treat you fairly, honestly, and the work is top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Larry I don't know who you are since everyone else claims to be the business owner of this establishment ! You should check facts before commenting on my review ! 1) After I picked up the car I did not notice the leak until after the dash indicator came on on empty coolant ! Guess the water pump was never an issue to begin with ! 2) I brought the car back early Thursday morning around 9 am and NOT 3 pm since again had to take the day off for this ! 3) You kept my car over night to have it fixed by end of the day Friday! As I had planned a business trip for that weekend , by 3 pm Friday I got a call from your shop that nothing was done for 2 full days ? I assume neither you guys have the proper knowledge nor the necessary tools to work on a Supercharged Audi ! Based on other customer's reviews a simple oil change seems to be an issue with you guys ! P.S. My Supercharged Audi was fixed at a different facility with modern tools in less than a day ! They inspected thoroughly and delivered promptly without playing a guessing game ! They pointed out that water pump was NOT the issue that caused the coolant leak !

I paid for a premium price for synthetic oil, my dad is a mechanic and when he came to visit he was checking out my car and noticed that my oil was way dirtier than what it was suppose to be, he is 100% sure they never even changed my oil. They are complete scam and thieves. they think i am a woman that they can take advantage of me. (response to "Larry the owner". Yes you are right 5-6 thousand miles for oil change so why is it completely black after only 3000 miles??? And I asked for synthetic oil that should last 8-10k miles at 3k it should still be clean. the name of the business may have been around for 30 years but your current manager is a complete crook. He practically outright admitted he never changed the oil.)

The crew seems ok but sometimes you can barely access the pumps because of all the cars packed in there waiting to get into the service bays. Also they have just given up putting paper in the outside machines. I haven’t gotten a printed receipt there since 2020. I have to go inside and ask the cashier to print out a receipt for me which is annoying.

Reached out to the owner, they dug a deeper hole, it went from broken caliper, overheated rotors, to now just simply low brake pads... sorry once again, I am not that gullible. my car's brake pads are rated for 70k miles... I only have 20k miles on my car.... this shop is an absolute scam

Don't fall for their 4.5 rating guys. I went to do my high speed wheels balancing, because my car steering wheel shake when I break on high speed to do the it only cost $50 but this guys lie to me that my break rotor are bent told me to change the break pad and rotor I fall for their lie cost me 500 dollar but my get worse after getting the service from them because next day my car break start making grinding and squeezing noise so went back to tell them the problem left my car their for half day but again car breaking noise never solved even when I have to go back to their shitty garage not once not twice but three times a week!! So I went to dealership find out what was real issue so dealer told me rotor was old that they just use my old rotor make it look new by scraping it off and break pad are very cheap quality!! Now I have to spend 650 dollar more to get my break done at dealer now I have no problem with my car break. Cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap!!

Same excellent quality and service, different location. It's more cramped than LIC, but they make it work. Most of the techs are the same and they provide top notch service with guarantee. I don't go anywhere else for my tire, wheel and brake needs.

I have been servicing both of my vehicles here for years. I previously went their old location off of Northern Blvd, but now I am happy at their other location. Same quality service, same familiar people that are ready to give you and your car the proper service. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles in NY.

I just had my car serviced at Mic tires and again never a problem with them left there feeling confident of a job well done. I have been using Mic Tires for years and never been disappointed. They go above and beyond customer service!

I had been using the Tire Pros Long Island City location for decades. Sadly they have shut down this facility. I went over to the Astoria location to get my car inspected. I made it a point to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled opening. I took one look around and left. It was considerably smaller than the LIC location, cramped, crowded with cars backed up waiting to be serviced. The check in area is a small counter in the back of the convince store. There was nothing about this place that appealed to me. Their service might be top notch. I'll never find out as I'm going to find another service station to conduct my business.
