“Both clerks were very helpful and personable. I was guided through the process with no issues, and am looking forward to getting my renewed passport in a timely manner.”
“Had a package to send out to a mercari seller and the person there let me skip the line to get out of there more as I already had a label on the package! Excellent service!”

23715 Braddock Ave, Queens“Came here on a wing and a prayer to get passports for my children. I noticed a sign stating they were short staffed and were not processing any passports today. I decided to take a chance and ask. I was in luck. Marion told me he could help but he has to take care of the packages and mail first. And if I didn't mind waiting a bit he could help me. I was so appreciative. He was patient and kind. I'm so happy he was able to help us. Great customer service!”
“Went there to submit a passport application. I drove all the way from Brooklyn because the reviews said this was the best post office to go to for passports. And they were right. The ladies were quick and helpful. They took my passport photo and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Basically the opposite of every Post Office experience I've ever had before.”
“This branch has the best workers. My only compliant is that it gets a little too chaotic and disorganized, especially on a Saturday. It is a small space so between the passports and regular mail activities no one knows where to go. This branch would highly benefit from a kiosk.”
“This was my first time to go to the post office to send express delivery. After queuing for about 5 minutes, it was my turn. I was a little nervous because I only knew a few simple words in English, but the staff who received me was very patient and carefully told me to pay attention. First thing, I noticed the sign on his chest said BOB, thank you, I will definitely go there again if necessary.”
9AM - 2PM
7135 Metropolitan Ave, Middle Village“Most of the employees here are excellent. Most of the time few customers are in this post office and they behave properly. The location is nice and tidy.
These things CAN NOT BE SAID OF 11385, that post office is worse than a zoo.”
“The postal workers here are always friendly and helpful. My local mail carrier in this same town is awesome and very personable. I have never had an issue/problem with my mail and I’ve lived here more than 30 years!”
“I want to express my great gratitude to the lady clerk who helped us prepare passport documents yesterday! Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation. She took some extra time to explain us the steps, we went through third party “rush passport”. Clerk explained us step by step what we should do and how to do it. We wouldn’t be able to complete it without her ! She deserves a raise for sure , people like her is a very rare thing nowadays, that makes you still believe in humanity !!!! She knows her job and loves what she does. Thank you soooo very much once again !”
“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”
“I have always found my visit there to be short, and the staff always helpful, and courteous. On rare occasions, when the line is kind of long, it moves along quickly.”
“I have been using this place for several years I believe since they open for business. I have never had an issue and the young man behind the desk has always been professional.”
“I would rate my experience more than five stars if I could! Based on the reviews, I was nervous and skeptical about my upcoming appointment. But, this passport office location is top tier and the staff is very professional. And, the on-site parking was an added bonus. I was lucky enough to be served by Gerry who was courteous and patient - he remained pleasant even after having to correct the paperwork a few times! The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional because of him. Their existing operational process and routines to book/manage passport appointments are impressive and on point! It was definitely worth the drive to this location! Thank you again, Gerry!”
“The young lady I believe her name is Gege has 1 of the sweetest most humble soul I’ve seen in a usps locations. She was very humble and professional. Thank you”
“Excellent Service! Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about postal service issues. My box has been at this location for more than 25 years. Thank You for Everything!”
“Not bad can get most things done at this mini branch. Beware the hours though. It says 815 am but the building doesn't open to the public until 8:30am and then the office itself closes at 845am for mail sorting for a few hours. You only have like 15 min in the am hours to actually use it.”
“I just move to the neighborhood and what a shocker never thought people could be this nice at the usps. I would have given 5 stars but I wasted a whole hour cause one of the agents misunderstood completely that I was dropping a paid box not trying to pay and ship one lol...”
“I used to hate going to this post office and so I went to neighboring smaller locations. Over the past few years it’s become a pleasure. I’m there pretty often and everyone who works there is very nice and efficient. The lines are long on Saturdays so I try to avoid that. They’ve stepped up their team or training.”

9014 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Rockaway Beach“Kalani ( mature Indian lady) was extremely accommodating. I explained to her that the appointments for students are almost 2 weeks away and that will mean that I will have to pull him out of school. She understood my situation and accommodated my son.Tony ( Former Navy) was very professional and had great customer service. Very pleasant gentleman and knew what he had to do.”
8:30AM - 12:30PM
12615 Foch Blvd, South Ozone Park“Service is generally quite good. Their outgoing mail is one of the fastest I've seen. According to those in my circle. They receive letters and cards sometimes the very next day! The postal employees are friendly and extremely helpful to customers. I love coming here to mail materials to others. I know the mail will reach its destination and won't get lost!”
“I’ve nothing but excellent service here. I live in Woodside & choose to use this exceptional location. Lines are generally short, if not the well trained staff move the line with expert precision. What I do find is unprepared customers who hold up lines & feel they are entitled to unreasonable requests. BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES or be prepared to pay for them. Keep up the wonderful work!”
“I went for a passport renewal. My first time renewing. I did read online how, but still ot 100% sure. The lady there was very helpful and patient. Excellent service”
“I just had the best experience at a post office. 3:30p 4/5/24 at this location. I didn't get his name, but I never had someone so pleasant and thorough help me ship a package. He deserves a raise!”
“By contrast with the main in Sutter Ave, in this branch, the personnel is always helpful, amazing and in good spirits. The kind of people you want in the neighborhood.”

19504 Linden Blvd, Saint Albans“I went here to mail out a birthday card. The supervisor helped me. She was very nice. I bought some stamps as well. I went in the middle of the day and there was less than a minute wait. Will return.”
“My experience at this post office has always been good. When it comes to serving the community, it is IMPOSSIBLE to please everyone. I never noticed the bad ratings until today. As a postal employee for over 17 years, I felt the need to post a positive review. People have to learn to be patient and give other people grace and understanding. For those that would complain about their mail arriving late, let me break it down for you. If your regular carrier isn't doing the route that day, it is then split up and given to other carriers to do in addition to completing their own routes. FYI: most routes are 5+ hours in the street. For those that would complain about long lines, most of those lines are long because of some unprepared and indecisive customers and not the mail clerk. USPS employees work extremely hard but you wouldn't see that because you only see the clerks seated at the window or the mail carrier pushing the cart, it takes work to move the mail. Be patient, be respectful, and give others grace. A simple "Thank You" would be appreciated instead of a complaint.”
