The woman at the counter is unprofessional with a worst sarcastic attitude. I was there to renew a passport, as I have done before at a different USPS, but this woman gave me little direction and the worst attitude. I asked if she could staple the picture in and she said “no but you can”. I confronted her for being so rude and she snapped that they aren’t a passport agency and that it can’t be that hard. Meanwhile I had barely asked her for anything at all at this point and just needed the tracking. She was completely unprofessional and probably shouldn’t have a customer service job. This post office needs to reevaluate their staff.

Was at this location yesterday. One of the staff had the worst attitude. Completely unprofessional and cannot believe that USPS would hire people like this. So sad how this service has fallen to the ground.

The worst post office you will ever step into. Only one lady in there that is somewhat nice. Awful service no matter how polite you are to them. They are constantly rolling their eyes not even trying to hide how rude they are being. The main reason for this review is because of all of my packages/envelopes that get sent back to my address. Theres always "postage due" when I weigh my envelopes with my own scale at home. I'll go to the next town over without making any changes to my envelope and have no issue with the mailing process. Also, they love to say the envelope will not "fit" through the "machine" they have. Tell me how an envelope of a thickness scale of 2 sheets of printer paper wont go through said "machine." Absolute nightmare of a post office.

My postman Erik is professional and always has a smile or wave. Vacation mail is brought to the house. Workers at the post office have always been pleasant.

I cannot even give one star they are so bad. Mail was stolen right out of this post office and checks cashed for businesses. I get mail from all over town and dont get my own. By answering a claim they feel they solve the problem but the mail is still missing. Basically they have said they cannot find the mail. You cannot speak to the person in charge there. It is very concerning what is going on at this location and the service.

Only if I could pick ZERO star! One star would be a total flattery! This post office deliberately lies when not delivering customer's package. I had an amazon order, delivered via USPS I was told. It didn't show up on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and the tracking info said "attempted but front door not accessible... will try deliver again" even though the whole driveway was totally free and clear for delivery. Then after 3 days of not deliverying, the tracking info became "held at office at customer's request", even though I never made any such request to have it held at office and not delilver!!! I went to the office to investigate. The manager ushered me to his office and closed the door and said to me: "You don't understand....you need to understand...the delivery person is a 95-lb woman and she couldn't deliver a 60-lb package". I would've been happy to pick it up myself and save the poor delivery lady's trouble of delivering such a heavy package, if this manage hadn't been so rude and unreasonable to blame me for ordering such a heavy package for a 95-lb woman to deliver! When I ordered this package on amazon, I didn't know it would be handled by USPS and this local USPS office wouldn't be able to find a delivery person to deliver it! The manage sounded like it was my fault!!! The fact is that USPS took the shipping fee from amazon for this package but then refused to deliver it, AND the postal office manager blames me -- the customer who paid for the shipping and would've been happy to help out picking it up myself!!! Unbelievable!! This post office manager lies, and is totally unprofessional. I fear for all my future deliveries through this postal office, as should every resident in this town be.
