It was a difficult decision to sell our house. Not one that we wanted to make, but we knew it was time to go. We didn't want to weed through agents so we decided to pick 3 realty companies that are popular in our area. We decided to go with GLR Realty. We met with Michael and Jodi and let them know what we wanted up front. They were very accommodating and guided us when we needed to make decisions. Always professional, courteous and available. They helped us spend money cost effectively to make the house more appealing to buyers, then helped us with staging. They gave us their best recommendations during negotiations with buyers but gave us the room to make our own decisions. We ended up with a smooth home sale and no regrets. We highly recommend GLR.
