Wouldn’t give this place your business for nothing.. so much more expensive than any auto parts store you’d go to. Manager/ hirer was absolutely rude. Called about a job opportunity, and, made me feel beyond uncomfortable. As we were on the phone, she struck me with every excuse in the world, saying ~manager “ we’re not hiring, only if you know something about cars”. Acting as if one was oblivious to simple car parts as well as portraying “if someone may need more help/ knowledge within the job, you won’t be able to get the help you need” . Which for me It’d be to, not only to improve my knowledge, but a customers also. ~ manager “ you (MIGHT) be able to fill out an application”. I tried to express and say the things I could potentially be good at for the business, as improving it due, to some of the other horrific reviews I’ve noticed, but instantly regretted on even calling due to the horrible management they have there. STAY AWAYY! Go to autozone, go to any other place that isn’t rude, that has cheaper car parts. You wont regret leaving Napa outta the equation.

The guy at the counter was very rude. When ordering a few parts. And when I came back with the core for the core charge. I accidentally destroyed the box and put it in my Recycle bin they would not take the core without the box. other auto places in the past took my core without the box. it was the same guy that was rude when i was ordering. and he was smiling at me and laughing. So I thought he was joking. But he was not joking he was just being rude to me. And having a good time doing it. I will never ever in my life even if it's the only place that will have my car part. I will not shop at any NAPA anymore. You could give me a $1000 coupon it's not happening. If I ever take my vehicle to a shop, im going to ask if they use NAPA parts if they do im going somewhere else.

Work boot shopping with my husband can take all day and multiple stores.These folks had exactly what he was looking for, and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes!!

Tried to find a specialized bolt. They didn't carry it, but they helped me figure another solution to my problem. It was fan bolt, no no carried. We got it done. Lots of looking and seizing for. 21 cents. Great help!!?

If you want to go to a store with the sales people think they're doing your favor this is it. Go across the street and everything's about 30% less but the two other auto parts stores.

Staff is vehicle savey. Biggest is I have NEVER BEEN GIVEN A PART THAT WAS BAD UNLIKE CHAIN STORES
