While traveling with a camper my exhaust fell with another 100 miles to go. I stopped in at Hess. They were willing and able to take me right away. In and out in about 15 mins. My peace of mind restored.

Had a flat tire that happened over night while sitting in place, Norman was the one to come save the day he was very patient and so polite as I am visiting from another state and he had to maneuver the Alfred University parking lot for me , he did a amazing job handling my car with care especially after he did a four hour round trip to drop off someone else’s car before getting to me. Thank you as well Hess for repairing my tire their service was very quick and no further problems came from my car after they fixed it.

I've been taking my car and truck to Hess for several years for repairs, routine servicing, state inspection, and new tires. I've always been happy with the service and the price. I highly recommend Hess if you're in this area.

I needed a South Bend Clutch kit for a customer. I found online that they were a dealer for them. I called and they very promptly got me a price and availability, I then called my customer who approved the price. Called back and again they were extremely prompt and professional, they called me as soon as the parts arrived and even gave me a good price. I will continue to do business with them.

Norm saved the day! I called AAA because my truck broke down. They sent Norm to pick up my truck and he was very polite and very professional. It was a bit of a scary time being stranded on the side of 219 but thanks to Norm we did not have to wait long. My mom and I both thank you!!!

Absolutely 100 percent awesome customer service and service in general. If I could give Sherman 10 stars in here I would. I love almost 2 hours away and I will definitely make the drive again to work with him.

Sent out a truck to install a brand new tire for us, on the side of the freeway, after our second RV blow out of the day. They absolutely saved our bacon and prevented us from needing a very expensive tow.

Had trouble starting vehicle and Tim Hess was dispatched from AAA. Tim was there promptly and analyzed the problem. Battery was still good but as it was 5yrs old I elected to replace it. No pressure to purchase and very reliable service. Thanks Mr. Hess!
