My daughter is moving to the Buffalo area for job and needed living furniture for her apartment that she’s moving into in a few weeks .. Amy really helped us out picking the sofa and loveseat that was in the price that I wanted to spend .. We were able to schedule out as well the delivery so that the furniture would be delivered the day my daughter moves into her apartment! Very pleased with customer service!! Thanks Amy for a great sale !

I financed through Ashley’s with TD bank. I’ve been trying to obtain my account number for WEEKS. I have called TD and Ashley’s multiple times. Customer service will leave you on hold for hours until you just hang up. I called the store to see if I can get the account info from them and I was told they can only see what I can see online. They have updated their online account system so you can’t see your statements or anything. All that’s there is what you owe. They have sent numerous emails stating that they have long wait times due to outside factors. I can see for a day or 2 but WEEKS?! I bet when the bill is due the system works to make sure that bill is paid, but something so simple as an account number wouldn’t be available to a customer! No way to call anyone! They opened the phone lines today at 10am, I called right at 959 am, it’s 1045am and I am still on hold . I will be dedicating my entire Saturday to see if I can get an answer on my day off. Absolutely non excuse for something like this for WEEKS! Please do not finance from here. It’s everyone’s fault but theirs!
