after seeing the same provider for ten years, I decided there must be a way to keep my hearing aides in place. Many replacements. These DOCTORS of audiology solved the problem immediately with a simple tweak. I feel so confident with them and now enjoy books, music and podcasts thru my bluetooth aides, 10 stars!!!

The service was fantastic spent a lot of time getting my hearing aids set up to the best they possibly could for my condition very satisfied and the staff is courteous and friendly and I want to mention they're also very cute I would recommend them to anybody.

David Nelson and his team are fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable. While they outfitted my mother with hearing aids, knowing that they will be there for us in continued care is what stands out most about them. We highly recommend AAS - Tonawanda office.

I had a very thorough, accurate and complete hearing exam yesterday with Dr. Leon. She was professional, well spoken, compassionate - listened well while driving her observations into careful, detailed and patient evaluation and conclusions - both scientific and human behavioral. What a pleasant experience from a more than pleasant human being. She even called me later in the day as a follow-up with more advice. Highly recommended!KD - Amherst, NY

they gave me a hearing test that was ok, they were very firm about a 40 dollar co pay first, which i paid, no mention or anything about any other bill, then send junk mail looking bill , the visit was just before covid outbreak, they billed the insurance company 120 for the test , very pricey there was an outstanding balance of 26.37 that no one ever called me about, then tried to add 40 collections during covid, i paid the know it all receptionist that said they did it right
